Stayed here on our fall foliage your of Wellsboro and surrounding area. Rooms are nice size. Establishment is immaculately clean. Breakfast is great. Hosts are very friendly. Only 4 rooms so book early.

Keith and Hilma made our party of 4 feel very welcome and comfortable from the time of arrival until the time we left. The breakfasts were very good and the hosts gracious while serving us breakfast. We felt that we had a lot of privacy in our rooms, which were spacious, spotless, airy and very comfortable. We enjoyed use of...

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely BB. Extremely clean, decorated in sparse Swedish fashion, comfortable beds, charming sitting area. The breakfast was a definite highlight- healthy and with herbs/vegetables/and fruits from their own garden. Hilma is a great cook and prepared dishes for several challenging dietary restrictions (gluten, dairy and meat free), yet the food was so good you...

Keith and Hilma are fantastic hosts. From a personal postcard sent to us before we arrived, through hugs and handshakes upon leaving, we felt like part of the family. It didn't hurt that Neil and Keith are both retired school teachers and Hilma and I are librarians. Unlike Joan S., I didn't have a problem with unlocked doors--even the house's...

My husband and I stayed there for 2 nights a year ago and agree with others that the hosts are hospitable, the place is clean, the food delicious and the location beautiful. Unfortunately, the walls are paper thin and the beds are placed on the same adjoining walls. The first night we could hear the people's actual conversation in the...

My husband and I and our friends stayed here for two nights and couldn't have been more pleased. Keith and Hilma were so friendly and gracious and shared their love of Sweden and Swedish foods. Breakfasts were outstanding. Omelets, blueberry muffins, juice, fruit, coffee and Swedish pancakes and sausage and fruit and juice and coffee and a fantastic cardamom coffee...

A lovely home out in the country near Wellsboro, PA, surrounded by sheep and fields. The four guest rooms are in a separate wing--they're clean and simply but beautifully furnished. Keith and Hilma are wonderful hosts--their dinner recommendation in downtown Wellsboro was terrific. I took a walk around their property in the AM before breakfast, and sat on a bench...

I booked our overnight here based on reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. We were two couples on our way to Niagara Falls and needed an halfway point. As everyone else has said, the rooms are exceptionally clean; the view is charmingly bucolic. Keith and Hilma are friendly, helpful and informative. Our breakfast was a scrumptious Swedish Omelet...

Arvgarden exceeded our hopes for a lovely two nights stay shared with a flock of New Zealand Corriedale sheep and unwinding to sunsets at days end. Situated on 118 acres of a rolling farmland fields and woods it is the perfect retreat after a busy day of touristing. Because it is 12 years old and designed in Swedish style specifically...

I booked a room at Arvgarden for just one night, but I wish it could have been longer. My best friend and I stayed at this lovely B&B right outside of the town of Wellsboro. We were in the area for the Laurel Festival and some hiking at the PA Grand Canyon (Leonard Harrison State Park). The home itself is...

“There are only four rooms, assigned by the hosts, and all are in one wing of the house--all on the ground floor. We were in "Julita" in the front. For privacy (facing the circular driveway) we pulled the shades down at night.”
