I stayed for five wonderful nights. I chose it because it is centrally located and wanted a smaller city. Tim and Rose went above and beyond! The breakfasts were incredible and very filling! Beautiful place and I felt at home. They are wonderful people who were willing to answer all my questions about the area. I had SO much fun!...

I had to travel from Athens, Ohio, to Pittsburgh, PA, when not feeling my best, so I decided to break up the drive with a stop in Washington. This is a grand mansion turned B&B, with lots and lots of charming features. Mosaic tiled entryways, gorgeous stained glass and beveled leaded glass, some original fixtures, and many antiques. It was...

Jim and Rose were just terrific hosts. We had a wonderful evening and breakfast the next morning. Jim was very accommodating when we had to change our travel plans and easily made the switch to an earlier date of arrival. They both were available for breakfast conversation which we enjoy when we stay in the these places. The breakfast was...

My daughter and I were at Grammy Rose's bread and breakfast for a bridal shower. It is a very charming place. Each room is decorated in Victorian-style with furniture, blankets, statuettes, and even an old player piano. The bedrooms are so lovely and look so comfortable. There is even an old-fashioned bathtub in one of the bathrooms. I am surely going...

My husband, daughter and I needed a place to stay while visiting my brother who had recently moved into senior housing from our family home. I called Grammy Rose's at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us for the four nights we were there. On the last night, we had to change rooms because our room was...

With the owners on site, it makes it easy to meet and talk with them about the history of the home and area. We were assured that if they leave, they are a cell phone call away, which they answer. The owners, Tim and Rose, were very accommodating. They went above and beyond without invading our privacy, etc. Breakfast was...

We love Bed and Breakfast lodging and this one did not disappoint. This old home is beautiful, and our stay was comfortable and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was top notch. Just be aware that a couple of the bathrooms were installed long after the house was built, and are small. Ours I think was built in...

We were planning to stay one night and ended up staying two because of the hospitality offered by Jim and Rose. The entire house is gorgeous and you feel by the end of the stay that you have gained two new family members. Jim met us upon arrival (and it was late) and offered to carry our bags. He would...

It was our first ever stay at B&B and we liked it very much. The place is beautiful, the owners are very welcoming yet respect your privacy. The breakfast was heavenly. I would recommend this to everyone, no matter of income level and expectations.

Tim and Rose are the perfect hosts at this delightful Victorian B&B. Formerly from Washington, I had to come back to town for business and instead of the usual hotels I decided to try Grammy Rose's. I drove by the house many many times when I lived in town and always thought I would love to try an overnight there....
