I've been looking for a wonderful B&B right on the Delaware - and this is it! The property overlooks the Delaware and the bridge that crosses into Milford NJ. Its just a little north of Frenchtown NJ on the PA side. This place is very relaxing. The staff (James, Virginia, etc) are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Many rooms have balconies... More

My fiance' and I have been going to the Bridgeton House Bed and Breakfast for several years now in order to relax and get away from the daily grind if only for a few precious days at a time. The accommodations are always immaculate, comfortable and complete with amenities such as hot tubs and fireplaces. The highly experienced and congenial... More

Decided to spend a long weekend in the New Hope area from New York City. I had not been back to this neighborhood for over 30 years. The Bridgestone House was a perfect choice. Away from the crowds of New Hope. This is a great spot to hang, hit the small towns around Upper Black Eddy, hike, and otherwise chill.

This entire trip was a surprise planned by my Love, I had no idea where we were staying or what to expect. I knew whatever it was, it will be great because he has great tastes and I trust him with my life :) As soon as we crossed the bridge to get over to PA and Siri said we... More

We had a wonderful weekend on the Delaware @ the Bridgeton House. Our room was spacious with a cozy balcony overlooking the river. The staff was warm and welcoming. And the food was decadent and abundant. On our journey home on Sunday we decided we would return for another peaceful stay on the river.

This was such a lovely weekend getaway, about 1.5 hours from NYC, easy peesy drive! The spot was really peaceful with arty shabby chic decor, and a really delicious breakfast! We were big fans of the 4pm "tea time" with some snacks, and 5pm sherry (you could stay straight through if you're cool like us). The pictures are accurate.True to... More

We needed a little getaway and definitely stayed at the Perfect Place! The moment we arrived we were kindly greeted by James, who instantly made us feel so welcomed. We stayed in the Delaware Suite which was in our opinion exactly what we needed. Cozy bed, directly by the french doors that lead to the screened in porch overlooking the... More

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Our room was lovely with a nice view. As soon as we sat on the porch and enjoyed our tea and homemade treats, we knew we were going to enjoy our peaceful retreat! The breakfast was simply outstanding in every way. I can't say enough about the staff. They all seem to truly enjoy... More

I spent one night here and everything was perfect. My room, #5, had a lovely, screen porch, a very comfotable bed, a great view of the river, and was quiet ( althought the air conditioner was on, so was not silent! ) I was warmly greeted, ice tea and delicious sweet treats were brought to my room while I unwound... We just returned from a one night stay in the river view suite. Lovely room with a very nice view. Nice soaking tub, porch and super comfy King size bed. The room was perfect and super clean. The breakfast was amazing. James and Connie were very welcoming, yet did not make us feel like we were in someone's home. Walked... More
