Beautiful Inn, hidden in the mountains of Bradford County along the Susquehanna. The front desk staff was friendly helpful and gave us a warm welcome. The front lobby room is inviting with a coffee nook that is refreshing after a long journey. The suites are spacious well put together with two TVs, one in your bedroom, one in your living room with a comfy couch, and a nice leisure chair.. the sliding glass doors open out to a deck with chairs to give you a view of the beautiful mountains side. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you need for cooking. The fridge is full size. The coffee area is fully equipped with coffee and tea and popcorn even for you to enjoy with a cute note. The bathroom is clean, loaded with many towels and everything you need, ie shampoo, soap, lotion. This place is a hidden gem at a very reasonable price which I highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Crystal Springs Inn and Suites. I needed to get away for rest and relaxation and was able to do so at this Inn. I loved the location. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and it was close to Main Street where you can shop and eat. The suite was very spacious with a door separating rooms, so one can have privacy to work or something else while the other can do what they need to do. It was equipped with a full-size refrigerator, and other necessities.
The staff members were friendly and what impressed me the most was that they took care the issues with the room immediately. Thank you Sara, Tasha and Dawn!

The hotel is just north of Towanda,PA., which was perfect location for the local event I was attending. The room had two twin bed, a kitchen and a separate living room with a sofa bed and lounge chair. Perfect for the three adults in my party. Room was clean and spacious and had an actual shower, which I prefer to a tub with shower arrangement. Staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. Had an excellent stay, and I will use this hotel again!

I arrived was welcomed by Sydney everything bout room was just like on website room was always cleaned when I needed coffee none of the girls hesitated to find me some always curtious when I got there from work . My sister and I stayed in a double room for 1 night. We loved the layout! It was separated, instead of one big room. The beds were on the inside by the hallway and had a tv, dvd player and a door! The kitchen/ cooking area was very basic. Had a 2-burner electric cook top, full size fridge, Kureg coffee pot, toaster, silverware, dishes, etc. The sitting area was next, with a love seat and chair and tv. It was very clean and the girl that checked us in was great. We were on the first floor and could come & go in our car that was parked right there thru the sliding doors. The internet, tho, was down when we were there. We would surely stay here again and we recommend it.

Was originally checked into a dirty, not cleaned room. No sheets, dishes in the sink. We got moved to a room that we all didn’t even have a spot to sleep. Horrible. No coffee filter but had a pot that required it, no bath mat for floor when showering, no shampoo etc. NEVER AGAIN.

Quiet and clean... I have stayed there many times - and it is my go-to hotel... The staff is very friendly and their service is great. I frequently arrive late at night and can check in by phone - and when I do so, my key is waiting for me in a lock box. Highly recommended...!

Hotel staff was pleasant and available for check in. My husband and I stayed in a room with two double beds which was fine for our needs. Also, had a front living room area. However, the bed we used was worn out and sunk down in the middle. The pillows were also lumpy. Both of us had a rough night trying to sleep. The veneer on the nightstand was worn off in spots. Basically, the hotel needs to invest some money in upgrading their facility. Most of the other rooms seemed to be occupied by gas company employees who are mainly male. If you're accustomed to staying in a nice hotel, I would pass this one up for now.

The person who checked us in was outstanding! Disappointed that no one was on duty from 10pm-6am; though we didn’t need to call 911. The shower curtain was torn, the toilet was stained badly in toilet bottom and the couch had holes in the cushions. I would not stay here again; though again the person who checked us in was outstanding!
