Toilet was not working correctly and had a black ring around the bowl. Maintenance was unable to fix it and housekeeping never cleaned our room. The room floor was dirty and the ceiling was crumbling which caused debris to land in the bed. The stairwells were filthy and the walkways were falling apart.

Over $1000 for a 2 night stay. Room and facility of poor quality. Heat did not work. Adjacent room's plumbing very noisy. Exterior condition poor and exterior corridor decking covering peeling up creating tripping hazard. half of the TV channels did not work and poor image quality.

Free breakfast along with bottled water available was great . Harrigans restaurant very good. Housekeepers never came to our room even when do not disturb sign was off all day. That was disappointing. Front desk very nice and accommodating.

This place is so run down. There is scaffolding holding up the walkways, the exterior walls are bowing out, the room floor is sticky, the stairs wet and dirty and they only do housekeeping every third day. Avoid at all costs. I would rather drive an hour that catch a room here again.

Other peoples clothes were in our room. The hallways were filthy. Only stay here if you don’t care about spending any amount of actual time in the room because you will be grossed out from all the filth.

Filthy bedding, soiled sheets and pillowcases. No windows in the room. Coffee maker is located in the bathroom. Front desk Staff had a condescending attitude to the cleaniness of my room. Avoid this hotel.

We were initially checked into a room that was dirty. I went to the front desk to advise them and they were very apologetic. Housekeeping had listed the room as clean. They quickly found me another room as close to my original room as possible. We also attended a banquet at this facility. The wait staff and food were excellent.

The staff at reception, the restaurant and the breakfast were friendly and efficient. The room was clean. Although this is a dated facility, renovations are underway and I would consider a return visit in a few months. It looks like a fun family place with the indoor patio, especially after the pool and hot tub are reopened.

This hotel & conference center is definitely a step back in time (think 50s-60s ideas of motels), but it's well managed and reasonably well updated. A large roof now encloses what was once the outdoor pool area, making some rooms' windows look out onto an atrium of sorts and not outdoors. With a very good buffet breakfast in the restaurant/grill next door and decently clean, spacious rooms, we found this to be an appropriately good value for money in the area. My wife appreciated seeing non-dairy options at the breakfast buffet--very few motels or hotels do that.

We can always count on the room being super clean. The staff is super attentive and accommodating. The new beds are really comfortable. The location is so convenient to the stadium and within walking distance to downtown.
