A wonderful stay! All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Having a free shuttle to visit the downtown area was so helpful. All staff are amazing ambassadors of the Penn Stater. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms were a nice size, the bathroom was large and in good condition. The lighting in the room was well designed. Room was clean, bedding was nice, and there was plenty of storage space. I give this hotel 5 stars!

Easy check in and out, great stay. Clean room, nice restaurant, close to campus but outside of the hubbub. Friendly and helpful staff both in person and on the phone. Looking forward to staying again!

Rooms average, did include refrigerator, iron, coffee maker, small toiletries. Pillows on bed were great, lots of them too BIG plus. Mattress comfortable. On third floor, was quiet. Able to regulate room temperature to your liking. Nice shower. Plenty of towels. Took advantage of FREE shuttle to downtown restaurants and Penn State creamery. I traveled with a group of 6 co-workers on May 2nd, in the afternoon at 4pm. We asked ahead of time and on arrival for our rooms to be on the same floor. A woman, I didn't get her name, and a gentleman, Cole, was checking us in. The woman at the front desk would NOT accommodate our group that checked in with her. As a matter of fact she was unpleasant, Cole on the other hand was welcoming and did accommodate my group that checked in with him.…

Attended a State Conference there. Excellent service. Rooms were very good. Plenty of parking. Food was nicely served and tasty. Great conference location. Highly recommend it for your next conference.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the food at the pub was great. I have stayed here before and it never has been bad. They made sure we were stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths. We had plenty of tea and coffee that we made as well. The room even comes with a refrigerator which came in handy.

Stayed at the Penn Stater for leisure. The front desk staff is excellent especially Leann. The Penn Stater overall however is very tired. The rooms need upgrades and a notch up in amenities. We could not figure out why they have a stuffed chair and a microwave in the middle of the hallway. We called the TV in our room the "Michael Scott" TV as it couldn't have been bigger than a 32'. (Walmart on the same day had a 65" TV for $268). The hostess at The Gardens for breakfast was amazing and so friendly but our waitress, not so much. It's a buffet! It was an okay stay but definitely not worth what they are charging in it's current state. The Penn Stater has recently been sold so it looks like PSU hasn't been putting much into it and the new owners may not have started yet. …

Always a lovely stay when visiting our boys at Penn State. Seamless check in. Warm and inviting staff. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. They also provide a shuttle if needed to campus. Highly recommend.
