We had spend 3 days at the location. At any entrance and through out of property are posters of safety for Covid19 posted. Especially how to wear face masks and where. First evening at story telling, we had people walking around FACE UNCOVERED. After I asked them to cover, they approached me and my family in fight ready. So I did asked front desk to intervene and enforce the given rules. Yes manger showed up and pulled them a side. but it was all. after that I felt like I did wrong. and at the and we left for our safety, So no story for child. And yes following days you could find time to time others not to follow simple rule. Yes and as some other posts say, these lodge is screaming for upgrades and maintenance. I believe these year all got hurt, but if you ask for big $, you need to provide class. If my daughter did not dream about GREAT WOLF LODGE, OTHER RESORT is around the corner. Back to masks, one I have to give to employees. Its hard to enforce rules, if you will be blamed for not being politically correct. Asking some guests to wear them. Thank you for making sanitizer and masks available to take all around resort.

Very good place to spend a family weekend. Great staff and common areas are kept very clean. We noticed staff members constantly cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas. However on this last trip they dropped the ball on the cleanliness of our room. The pics below show things that were left behind in our room from previous guest. We found children’s underwear hanging from the shower curtain rod, white and brown stains on the sofa and a nice size whole in the wall next to the tv stand. Also while we were cleaning up the room before departing my wife reached under the bed to make sure the kids didn’t leave anything behind and she pulled out a pair of little girls sunglasses, a small stick of deodorant and what was left of a cheeseburger.🤮 Housekeeping has to do a much better job at cleaning the rooms. This is absolutely disgusting.

Kid enjoyed it. Waterpark didn't feel crowded and neither did hotel even with other kids playing interactive game. Arcade can be $$$ (spoiler alert: Crane machines are difficult. Look for machines that are easy and which can get you easier tickets, like knocking down clown with a ball.) We didn't eat at the restaurant, but they (probably due to COVID) have a bizarre empty space with a few game machines and tables around the corner from the ice cream shop where one could sit down and eat.) Kid also loved the climbing and walking apparatus outside which is an extra fee (inexpensive for them, $5) and which is bill to room; I don't think cash was an option or debit card because machine was down. Food prices average. Easy to get on and off interstate, and there are places nearby to eat. Still have nightly storytime with character, but no interaction with character due to COVID. We'll be back.

Just checked in, and ate at the buffet. The buffet was absolute GARBAGE!! 2 adults, 2 kids, and 2 cocktails. $100, and it was so bad I didn’t even try to get a second plate. Huge hairball under the bed in the kids bunk beds. Checkin took about a half hour because of everyone checking in at once after 4:00 and not enough staff. It’s been dreadful. Kids don’t want to sleep here and just want to go home. HORRIBLE place

Everyone at the hotel was quite friendly for the most part, but that doesn't make for a good experience on its own. While the staff was hospitable they definitely lacked attention to detail. I was double charged for Paw Passes for instance to the tune of $148.00 in extra charges. I called back and spoke to a manager about the overcharge and another billing dispute and was put on hold for 20 minutes before having to hang up. That matter is still unresolved. In addition to the office interaction I have to say the rest of the experience was still a bit mediocre. We arrived around 1pm this past Saturday to a nice room that was tainted by the smell of illegal drugs permeating the space. The odor was pervasive throughout the halls as well. Not a good first impression. When we arrived at the waterpark I have to say the experience was improved quite a bit. The kids loved the slides, wave pool and overall had a blast. I was slightly disappointed at seeing rusty fronts on the stairs while climbing the towers of the waterslides. Imagine a kid bumping their bare feet against jagged rusty metal. That's a liability.
