Hotel's Favorite
1st off, they were only place who had an open pool, which was paramount. The price wasn't too bad, considering they have an all you can eat buffet breakfast. We stayed here like 24 years ago and I can tell you the upgrades they've made since then we're amazing. The room was modern and fresh, hardwood floor, flat screen on wall. I highly recommend this place. The man at the front desk was awesome too.

This is one of our family's favorite hotels. We stayed here two years ago and absolutely loved the experience. Our expectations were exceeded! This visit was better than the last.We stayed last August, Tripadvisor deleted my review. This is an older property but it is meticulously maintained. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Nice hotel furniture with a Keurig machine (K-Cups included), lamps/alarm clock with plenty of USB ports, refrigerator & microwave, and a 50 inch TV. I have problems with sciatica and sleep on a Tempurpedic mattress. Their mattresses on the beds are standard but slept the night and no back issues in the morning! Very comfortable beds. Definitely a comfortable and relaxing place to stay after a long day. The grounds were beautiful. Landscaping was very well maintained. We loved the petting zoo and the area around the lake. The playground next to the rear entrance of the main inn was awesome. Our kids were very impressed. The morning after your stay, a very large breakfast is included. It's buffet style with table service for beverages. The breakfast was far better than on our cruise last month. So many different choices plus dessrrts, including a sundae bar. Everything was great but the coffee was terrible - no big deal. The waffle bar was our family's favorite. I would like to add that Hershey Farm's onsite bakery made Food & Wine's Top 100 bakeries in the U.S. The Whoopie Pies are my favorite. My daughter loves their apple pie. Only one thing I did not care for was the $8.50 junk fee for booking through a third party. This is similar to charging 3% for using a credit card. Honestly, this is the cost of doing business, so eat it! I will continue to book through Hotels.com to receive my rewards. I loved the stay and you will too! The staff is very warm and friendly. They will treat you like family. We already have plans to visit Dutch Wonderland next summer and we will stay here again.

The room was very nice and clean . The only problem we had was our neighbors keep us up with there loud music and talking. The Breakfast was good and Dinner was great. We would go back again. Bingo was also alot of fun.

My son and his wife and my husband and I had two rooms in the carriage house on Saturday night. We decided to try the dinner that came with the Winter package and I have to say we were all very pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food great, the service and attention we received from Erica and Cory was beyond excellent. Erica smiled and talked even though busy and she seemed to truly enjoy her job, Cory was also attentive, courteous and went out of his way to ensure we were all happy with our dinner. The exact same is true for our breakfast Sunday morning. At check in Michelle set the tone for our expectations at Hershey Farm. She was so friendly and made sure we knew all we needed to know about the area, hotel and what our package offered. We hadn’t planned on attending the BINGO until she said she was the one who ran it. We did go and it was great. She remembered us when we walked in and she made the evening fun and memorable. We will definitely make this our go to stay in the winter months if this package is offered. The only issue that could use some focus is the room cleanliness. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty, the fridge needed cleaning and we actually had to throw away some sweets we bought at Bird in Hand Bakery because ants got in them. We discovered Sunday morning there were ants under the coffee maker. Even with this, it did not take away from the outstanding customer service your associates provide.
