I made the reservation through Booking.com in July 2023 for August 5th to see P!nk in concert that evening. When we got there to check in, my reservation was not showing up in their system. I called Booking.com customer support and explained the problem ( while doing this, the GM of this location was also working behind the scenes to figure out what happened). They informed me they would need to call the location but prior to them calling I let Hilton’s GM know they were on the phone hoping this would make the process quicker (keep in mind we really needed to get access to our room so we can get ready for the concert that evening). The booking.com customer support basically told the Hilton GM that I would need to pay for another room and wait to get refunded for the previous reservation that booking.com failed to send to Hilton Garden Inn.
I’m truly grateful that your GM went above and beyond to solve the reservation problem without charging me again. While he had to book me at the Moon Township location, he upgraded my room reservation and made sure I knew that I wouldn’t be responsible for this charge. GM’s and employees at both locations were exceptional and very understanding of the fact that I was operating under time constraints so I could get the the P!nk concert on time. If I’m ever in this area again, I will definitely stay at either locations and will definitely book it directly with the hotels and not a 3rd party site.

Hotel's Favorite
In the last few weeks I Stayed at 3 different hotels in this area and this one is by far the best option , super comfortable beds, made to order breakfeast with a good selection and variety ( you have to pay a bit more ,but worth it) close to a few restaurants and just a 7-8 min ride to the airport.

I spent a week there and felt very welcomed by the entire staff. They were attentive to our specific needs while making us feel at ease and comfortable. It's not easy to be away from home for a week, but Fiona,Pam and Nicole and I didn't catch her name but the lovely woman that was our server for breakfast on the 16th and 17th Jan 2020 was the BEST! She offered us lunch in our meeting room, made sure we had coffee before her shift was done. It was amazing. Thank you all.

Upon arrival and questioning the hours of the pool and gym we were told those would not be opening during our stay. When entering our room it was noted the floor appeared it had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs and debris all over the floor. The next morning when attempting to shower the tub did not drain properly and water was over my ankles before I could complete my shower. Then the rest of the family had to wait 15 minutes in between each person to allow the water to drain before the next person can get in.

I have stayed at several hotels in Pittsburgh in the last 12 months.There isn't much that Hilton could do better. I have been traveling around the country for about two-thirds of the last quarter, and this is by far the best place I stayed. The designer thought of everything... the max shower temperature is perfect; it does not burn. The towel rack inside the shower was nice. The large plate glass window in the sleeping area was very nice to look out of at any time of day. The beds are high quality, the television is modern. Even the staff is very friendly and assisted me with reuniting someone with their lost drivers license. I will stay here the next time I'm traveling through Pittsburgh.

I held a 3-day conference at the hotel. The staff could not be more helpful, they were always available when I needed them. The breakfast, lunch, and snacks were delicious (many of the offerings were home made in their kitchen). They offered vegetarian as well. The conference room was set up the way we requested. They even went above and beyond by finding a bar tender, so our participants did not have to go out in the snow. We had 50 people travel from around the country. They were picked up at the airport, had a room and meals (we had to bring dinner in), and great service and were shuttled back to the airport. I would highly recommend this location for the individual as well as business traveler.

I am a mid level manager for a global company who has an engineering degree, an MBA, and oversees half of the United States for my company. I share this to provide texture and that I am not someone who travels the country trashing hotel rooms. I checked into the hotel, I was notified that the room I had booked was no longer available so I was "Upgraded" to a handicap room with a doorbell. Regardless, I was on a business trip so my plan was to eat dinner and go to bed, which is exactly what I did. I checked out in the morning, no problem. Well, a few days later, I received my bill for the room and noticed a $250 "hole in wall" surcharge on my bill. I was extremely upset so I called the hotel only to be told that the manager was not available and I would need to call back next week to resolve this issue. I have never damaged anyone else's property and hope that Hilton makes this situation right. I would caution anyone reading this to stay elsewhere. IF you do stay here, be very WARY of any "upgrades" like I received.

We had to do work around the tri-state area and it was better for us to book the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall as it was close to retail and restaurants after a long day of work and driving.
When we arrived, we were welcomed with a smile to the hotel and all three of us checked in without an issue. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The water pressure was decent as was the water temperature. The room did have a microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. The room was more than adequate for sleeping as we would not spend much time in the room.
The location is also in a retail area, so there are a lot of stores and restaurants around the hotel if that is needed as well. We did not have any issues and would stay again if we needed to work again in the area.

We stayed here during a business trip (and COVID-19). The rooms were clean and everyone wore masks unless in their rooms. The staff was super fantastic! We had shipped crates in advance of our arrival. The staff told me the the boxes were there when we checked in (I didn't ask). We checked out the next morning and returned that afternoon to ship our crates back UPS before returning home. We were sweaty and about to get on an airplane. We asked if we could wipe down with a cloth to freshen up a bit. They offered our rooms back to freshen up (we had already checked out 5 hours earlier). In my 30 years of traveling, I've NEVER had a hotel offer that to us. Thank you for your kind hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I need a hotel that was close to the airport. The airport is probably like less than 10 minutes away so it’s very great when traveling.
The hotel has plenty of parking and it’s kind of off the main road.
The check-in process was really easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and spacious. There was a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a large tv in the room. There were plenty of outlets. The ac worked well.
The hotel has pretty good amenities. There was a poor, but it wasn’t open by the time I got to the hotel. They have a business center. They have some conference rooms. They also have a nice gym with plenty of weights, five treadmill’s, a couple, ellipticals, a peloton, bike, and a nice large TV.
The checkout process was very easy, and I confirmed all of my charges and I was out the door .
There are lots of restaurants in the area. There’s some additional things to do in the area as well, and it’s very close to the city of Pittsburgh.
Absolutely would recommend staying at this hotel if you’re staying in the area for traveling or for a really any reason .

I asked for a bottom floor room and they put me in a handicap room that did have a walk in shower. I am not sure about the other rooms.
