I was grateful to find the lovely Brownstone Colonial Inn! It was conveniently located to my destination, wonderful hosts, and a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are nicely furnished, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Brenda provided the most wonderful breakfasts, and each morning was a different menu, freshly cooked and baked. Delicious!!! The hosts are warm and kind and made you feel at home. It is a beautiful place to stay!

Such a lovely inn tucked back in the countryside of Reinholds, PA. The owners, Mark and Brenda Miller, make you feel at home the minute you arrive with a warm, welcoming smile. My sister and I treated our mom to a getaway for her birthday. We stayed in the Shaker Suite and loved our accommodations. Brenda serves an absolutely delicious country breakfast and also has homemade cookies in the parlor. We can’t wait to go back again.

We had a great time with Mark and Brenda and their warm, cozy home. Fresh cookies and cakes out at night with delicious breakfast and interesting conversation. The nearly three hundred year old Brownstone Colonial, located in farm country, was a perfect location to get away. Each morning we were there, people lingered well after breakfast was finished, obviously at ease and engaged with the new acquaintances they had met. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Thank you for your very positive review! We treasure our guests! And we love history and feel honored when guests appreciate the fine attention to the detailed renovations of our 18th century sandstone farmhouse! Although with the current COVID-19 guidelines we are unable to congregate around the common breakfast table like we so love to do, we still have been able to find creative ways to interact with our guests while social distancing. I do love to cook, so we will certainly offer a hot country breakfast delivered to your room OR a continental "grab 'n go" from the parlor!

Weth stayed at the Brownstone last week and had a wonderful visit. The innkeepers Brenda and Mark are charming and hospitable, and every breakfast included a lovely chat. The inn has been lovingly restored and it's spotless. It was fun exploring the area, and we even caught the Snow Geese migration at Middle Creek Wildlife Reserve. We hope to return later in the year. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for taking time to recommend our inn! We're glad you enjoyed the snow geese at Middle Creek (just ten minutes from us). The fact that you commented on our inn's spotlessness is especially important now that we are recovering from COVID-19 lockdown! We have responded with even greater sanitation efforts for the safety of all our guests! We hope to see you again soon!

We stayed at the Brownstone Inn for two nights and three days on a couple's getaway. We loved it. The inn is historically accurate and beautiful. The food was fabulous. I especially loved the breakfast spinach casserole. Eating family style and conversing with Brenda was especially memorable. She knows everything about the area. While there we breakfasted with a resilient landscaper and a retired chef. Both complimented Brenda and her Brownstone Inn. The grounds are beautiful. The food delicious. You've found it! Look no further for that perfect couple's getaway.

Thank you for sharing your most positive experience! I love cooking, and we certainly enjoy interacting with all of our guests, although we cannot currently do so around a common breakfast table until COVID-19 is further behind us! We will, however, continue to prepare a scrumptious hearty breakfast delivered to your room; or if you prefer, a continental "grab 'n go" is available from the first-floor parlor. We hope to see you again soon!
