This was a great little getaway. Cabins were clean and nice. Everything you needed was there. Beautiful scenery. The furniture in the cabin could have been updated a little older and uncomfortable but we weren't in the cabin that much. Bed was comfortable enough. The staff was wonderful. We would definitely go back. Price was reasonable. Very quiet and serene

I have grown up in the Poconos my whole life, but never knew of this wonderful resort right in my neck of the woods. It is quaint and charming, everything you could want for a Poconos event. My husband and I had a beautiful wedding reception at the Lodge. It was absolutely perfect. Yes it was expensive, but everything in... More

Every staff member I spoke to from the point of reservation to check-in to checking out was a delightful experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The cabin was cozy and clean. We expecially loved the cozy fireplace. The view from the dining table was so pretty. This was the perfect place to go to get away from it all... More

Let me start by saying that Ester, at the front desk is a sweetheart! This vacation was a gift from Santa to our children. We had cookies and a letter from Santa mailed to the resort so they could be waiting for us in our cottage. Ester went along with it all! Now, the resort grounds are beautiful! We rented... More

We traveled to the Poconos for a Thanksgiving gathering. We needed to find a hotel. Any hotel in Tannersville would have been fine, but my wife decided that we needed to turn the trip into a bit more of an R & R type trip. She did her research and found this place. She booked 3 nights in a 2... More

This is a very tiny 1 bedroom cabin. The bedroom has a full bed and a dresser from the 50's. There is no room to walk around the bed, no night table, no outlets and only a paddle fan, no a/c or heat! The bathroom is tiny as well with an old fashion metal shower, vanity and toilet. The kitchen... More

We have been coming here for about 20 years now, every summer. We usually stay in one of the seasonal cabins (11, 15 or 18). They are always clean and the people who work here are very hospitable. We have tried other places, but wind up coming back here. Now that our sons are adults, they only come here, too. No... More

Although this resort does have a bit of a property management feel, MSL is one of our favorite places to stay, anywhere. Cabin 23 has become an affordable, quaint, quiet home away from home for a few days each summer, and Ben (office) always goes above and beyond. Do your homework and read other reviews to help you select the... More

We have come back year after year (August) to MSL with our kids who are now 9 and 6. We have stayed in cabin 37 and 40. Very happy with both. Same for the most part on the inside. We prefer 37 because it is right next to the row boat dock where our kids like to fish. We have... More

We came here for a wedding and the surrounding is very beautiful and quiet. Lots of flowers everywhere, wild life, a nice lake and plenty of room to host a party or event. The space inside is roomy, great bar and kitchen and comes with a great view of the forest and lake outside. Would definitely come back for another... More
