I grew up in this local area. This B&B (the structure) is typical of beautiful older homes in the area. My sons and I returned for a visit with family/graduation in the York area, but could not stay with family because they were having a home renovation. We stayed at the Red Lion Bed & Breakfast as it was so...

We had a wonderful, quiet and relaxing long weekend in the Evergreen Room. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely gift basket with local treats. We had a recently renovated attached private bathroom with a great shower. Our hosts were very understanding of our late arrival. We enjoyed two continental breakfasts, quiche and juice one morning, pancakes, meat...

Over the past four years, I've stayed at this establishment for at least two weekends each year with my fiance. The breakfast each morning is delicious (helps that a co-owner is a chef!), and the rooms are charming and well-appointed. However, the best part is the staff - George and his wife. They are the nicest people in the world....

Everything was lovely. I had the top floor of the carriage house to myself (1 bedroom/bath). Lots of little touches including free coffee, tea, water bottles, granola bars and candy. Very friendly. Great place to stay

We visited friends in nearby Airedale and they booked an overnight for us in this lovely bed and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The owners thought of everything, including a few snacks and luxurious terrycloth robes. The air conditioning was most welcome on a very humid night. Breakfast was wonderful with yogurt, homemade granola, strawberries, quiche, bacon...

George, proprietor of Red Lion B&B, took care of my 3 out town guests for a few weeks. They all had a pleasant stay and could not of asked for more. The B&B is situated in a quiet town bordering beautiful rolling countryside.

We were attending an event south of York and decided to try the Red Lion. We stayed in the Colonial room, which is a good size with a large bathroom (although the shower stall is a small one person variety). The room was clean and well appointed. Free locally produced snacks, water, and coffee were available. Breakfast was good and...

I spent a night here when I was in the area. The family that runs it is warm and friendly. It was quiet, nicely done, and very relaxing. The rooms were great and I slept very peacefully. Breakfast was very good and also healthy. I highly recommend this place if you are in or near Red Lion, PA.

“The Spring House is perfect for a large family, or for more than one couple. There are 2 full bedrooms with each room having a bathroom. It is a shared Kitchen and dining and livingroom. It was very clean and kept up. I just can not say enough how wonderful this place is.”
