Staff is friendly and respectful of COVID protocols. Parking is expensive and tight. Great location close to several good restaurants which is essential because hotel menu limited to eat-in room bar food only. Disappointed to find dirty dishes in kitchenette cabinet and some mold on shower grout. A very loud wedding reception was outside our room making conversation and sleep impossible until 11:00 pm.
Over all very nice hotel. Great location, room and lobbys very clean, attractive building, plenty of restaurants in the area, nice area. Breakfast-don't bother. I'm sure do to Covid rules. Its nothing to write home about. Elevators needed more frequent vacuuming, Parking garage really need a cleaning. But every thing else was very nice.
The hotel and staff are top notch. Patio area is great. Studios facing river have a great view. The rooms are very comfortable and large. Kitchen, sitting area are nice. Bathrooms are large. Great Shower!
If you like to walk out of the hotel and shop, dine, with no car, you are in luck! Great walk along river all the way to anywhere on south side. It is a very short trip across hot metal bridge to Oakland and Carnegie Museums. Nice relaxing patio on the River as well.

Guy at lobby desk was so bad I thought I was in a comedy film. Hyatt: HOW is this guy working in the service industry? He was barely cordial and it was pulling teeth to get him to answer any questions. If you ever want to witness what an "I have no F's to give" attitude is then come to this hotel. I picked this hotel because of the outdoor seating and a restaurant/bar. It had none of that OPEN. The room: DIRTY. Everything felt dirty and not from cleanser. The coffee pot was visibly covered in hand prints. I chose not to use it. No soap in kitchen. Bedding: a sheet and a thin coverlet. No warmth. I could go on but why bore you. My husband said "I have stayed in nicer youth hostels in my 20s." Just do NOT stay at this hotel. There are many other hotels. There are even other Hyatts.…
