Back in the day, this really must have been gorgeous, I bet it was the best place to stay in the area!! Now, it's clean, helpful staff, hot and plentiful breakfast, just not updated furnishings. For me, I'd rather have outdated furnishings and be able to afford to stay there. We ate at the motel restaurant, which I rarely do,...

Spent a weekend here, room very nice, beds-super nice work area and a comfortable chair. Hotel Staff excellent and friendly. The hotel is built into a hill and the floors are laid out in strange manner, took a day to get used to going up a half flight and back down two, to get to meeting rooms. Hotel breakfast -...

The staff members were exceptionally friendly. The room was large and comfortable. It was also very quiet and we slept well. Parking was close and convenient. Just a few minutes from our destination in downtown Pittsburgh.

All staff was very nice. The rooms seemed to be clean. But when you plug in your phone charger into the outlet, the drywall was split and gave! When I attempted to take the hairdryer off the base, the entire unit came out of the wall. Then hair dryer did not work. The pool and hot tub seemed to be clean....

September 2013 - 160 hotels on offer in Pittsburgh none of them available. Therefore I ended in this hotel. Decent price however hotel is in middle of nowhere, trucks with humming cooling devices just under the windows. And free breakfast? Worst combination of American food - powdered eggs, every food full of corn sirup, orange juice from concentrate and microwave...

Got an email from ChoiceHotels (I'm a member of their frequent traveler club). Was headed to Cleveland and needed a place to stay enroute, This was the perfect stopping place time-wise, so I made a reservation for a King-bed room (my wife's request). When we arrived two days later (late at night), my wife checked in. When we got to...

This hotel used to be a Sheraton and a Hilton but that was 40 years ago. They have not updated I years. I have stayed there many times over the last 2 years. It is adequate and priced right if you have a coupon. Maintainence is woeful but it adequately clean most of the time. It was convenient for my...

My husband and I just had our wedding reception at the Comfort Inn on Rodi Rodi road this past Saturday and it was nothing short of amazing. There were so many offerings including hand carved prime rib and ham stations (that did not cost additional). The room was thoughtfully decorated, as well as the terrace. It was really beautiful. The...

For starters, the room we started with had a significant amount of black mold in the air conditioning unit. Second, upon entrance into the main lobby, there was a Comfort Inn employee watching soft porn in an office area that was very visible to most people. Finally, we had to make a small request for some extra towels, they said...

This is the second time that I've stayed at the Comfort Inn in Penn Hills. The last time was a little over 2 years ago for a duration of 8 weeks; while this time i'm staying for 12 weeks. Considering the price that you pay for the room, this hotel probably provides value for money. As far as possible, avoid...
