We go shopping every year and spend the night. We stayed here last year and loved it however this year was another story. The lady who checked us in was nice and friendly. We went to our room and it looked fine but we werent there very long, just long enough to drop off our stuff and use the restroom....

We always stay here when visiting family in Pittsburgh. It is located out of the crowded city but easily reached by highway. There are lots of amenities and a very conscientious and courteous staff. Free breakfast is 6AM to 10AM even on holidays. Pool and hot tub are great. Rooms are well-maintained. We can be sure that our stay here...

Situated a few miles away from downtown Pittsburgh and conveniently near a fairly large shopping mall, this hotel is accessible, affordable, comfortable, and a very good value. The property is located on a hillside, so the access to it is by a steep road and there are two levels of parking. The breakfast buffet is good and the coffee is...

The hotel needs updated. Average stay. The room needed some attention. Mirrors in bathrooms needed cleaned dust build up behind the room door. Breakfast was good normal stuff. Informed front desk of stay seem to be concerned and we're very nice.

Very nice, clean. A restful night after a long drive. Had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was more than continental with scrabbled eggs and sausage plus many other choices. We will definitely stay at a Comfort Inn when we travel again.

My family and I were there this weekend October 2016 for a family reunion. The location in conjunction to our event was great and the staff was very helpful with advance planning. Once we arrived the rates compared to the quality was lacking. The hotel looks like its had some updates but could improve on the bathrooms and the overall...

We very much enjoyed our stay here! it was a busy weekend and rooms weren't ready when we checked in so they upgraded us to a suite! The cookies at check in were delicious and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We checked in, dropped off our things and...

We spent one night during our trip to Pittsburgh at this hotel. It is at a good location, however the age of the hotel shows. The rooms are of nice size but the carpet is worn out. The breakfast was OK. Did not feel like the value for the money was there.

First, my map directions left me down the hill. You had to follow the signs up the hill. Multiple building on different levels of the hillside. No elevators. Some wheelchair stair lifts. Some ramps. Room was nice but a little worn. Friendly staff. POOL: Nice size. Inside entrance to pool area had stairs. Swimming laps: great for doinglaops. Pool walkers:...

Location was good and price was decent. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average and nothing special. Bed was clean but room was obviously old and shower showed mildew/mold growing between tiles. Sketchy about going barefoot on carpet either. Room was just damp and dingy
