Slight problem with our room and bed frame (that wasn't our fault) and Kelby and Bill were very eager to fix the issue! We got upgraded to the VIP floor and the problem was fixed immediately. Bill and Kelby were super accommodating and nice! Bill even told us the details about the new room and great places to eat around...

It was wonderful to stay at Cambria hotel Pittsburgh - Downtown. Tv, table, bed etc are quiet new and useful. Especially, Kelby was so nice. I met him at front desk and got lots of great help. He knows how to help travelers and make them be comfortable.

I've stayed here 4-5 times, it's my overflow when Marriott is booked. It's probably as nice as Marriott, cheaper, but farther away from where I want to be. Rooms are clean, there is a nice bar downstairs where you can catch the Penguins in the playoffs. What, they don't make the playoffs? Sure they do.

If anything is going on in Pittsburgh, getting into and out of town is no fun and parking even less so. This hotel solves both problems nicely: it is an easy 15-minute walk from the Cultural District, which can be cut to a 5 minute walk by taking the T for one stop. The rooms are spacious. Kelby, the desk...

Stayed here for a few nights, one of which coincided with a Penguins playoff game, so the hotel was packed. We got there early, and the room wasn't ready, so they took our bags while we went out to get some food and do some exploring. When we got back, room still wasn't ready, but Kelby behind the desk allowed...

Checked into the hotel late last night. Greeted at the Desk by Kelby who was fantastic. After settling into my room, which was clean and well maintained, I decide to grad a drink and a bite to eat. Mandy took care of me at the Bar and with my food and was excellent. Great place to hang your hat.

In town for the ACB convention. My GPS was not getting me to the location so I called the hotel. Paul directed right to the front door. Turns out he was the shuttle driver. Very helpful and drove me to my destination on the Pitt campus. The hotel is new and modern and the rooms are spacious suites. Everyone I...

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, especially for the price. The restaurant had a nice selection of delicious food, especially breakfast, with some good healthy options also. While it seems a little removed from the downtown area it's just a short 5 minute walk down the hill to everything and they offer free shuttle service if you don't feel like...

I have never visited Pittsburgh before so I checked Choice hotels since I had around 15,000 points. From there I was directed to Cambria Hotel and Suites which was 10,000 points to stay a night. It would have been well worth paying for! Steve was working the front desk and gave us (my 23 year old son was with me)...

My mom and I stayed here four nights while on a baseball road trip. The hotel had parking, a shuttle that would take you anywhere within three miles and the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kelby. He answered all our questions and requests. I will stay there again.
