Small but very efficient and nicely appointed rooms. Excellent food and fun cocktails, and nice wine cellar for private dining. My only negative comments is the lack of cabs (apparently a Pittsburg thing), and disappointed with the bar/lounge schedule. Will go back again, for

Based on our experience with a Curio in downtown Dallas, The Statler, we selected The Distrikt Hotel for our trip to Pittsburgh. The lobby is very nice and an amazing plant wall. Lots of comfortable seating all around. Check in was a breeze - we did it on line due to our late

My room was small and dark. Worst part was that there wasn't enough hot water for a hot shower every morning...the hotel was fully booked. To remedy the situation I was told to wake up earlier or shower later, not an acceptable solution. The hotel should be built to function

Chic Property in the heart of Downtown Pittsburgh.. Only issue is the sleeping rooms are very small in close comparison to NYC hotel accommodations. Enjoyed the hotel Waterlake restaurant ... Overall decent stay for a 2/3 business trip...

Does the hotel have a shuttle?
Not as far as I could tell. It's not far to walk into town and they have a few bikes that you can borrow if you fancy a cycle around. The airport was about a $40 taxi ride.

The Terrace is an amenity to our guests. As a hotel guest, you most certainly are able and welcomed to 'BOYB' and enjoy the atmosphere there! If there are any other questions, feel free to contact the hotel and ask for Mark! Be happy to help!

How far and easy walk is it to the sunset dinner cruise offered by gateway clipper fleet?
It is an easy 15 min walk. On the way you will get to walk over one of the most unique bridges in Pittsburgh (3 blocks from hotel). Also, you will get to enjoy popular Station Square on route to the Gateway Docks. Leave early enough so you can enjoy some time and drinks in Station Square before your boat ride. Or, Uber is like $6. The distance is around 0.8 mi or less.
