Stayed at the Priory based on reviews from TripAdvisor and was not disappointed. Wonderful boutique hotel, cosy and clean. They even provide bath robes and plush towels. Nice touch. Staff were super friendly. And the free shuttle service was the best. Definitely would come back.

After a long summer we needed to get away. We wanted to stay in the downtown area of Pittsburgh and did not have a lot of money to spend. I found and booked The Priory Hotel through TripAdvisor and what a deal it was. We arrived early and were able to check-in right away (a Wednesday arrival). Within a half... More

This hotel has so much going right for it, it's hard to mention all of it,but i will try.... The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wanted for nothing, all i had to do was mention it and it happened. My room(double bed) was amazing, with all the character of the old building and some modern touches, but not too... More

Went to Pittsburgh to look at colleges with Daughter. I originally booked for just two of us but my son came along after I booked. The hotel accommodated with a cot which was just as comfortable as the bed. The shuttle was a great feature! After driving all day, it was a nice luxury to be chauffeured to the Incline.... More

Located in a neighborhood of Victorian homes this charming hotel was once part of a church. Everything about it is beautiful from the exterior to the public areas to the individual rooms. The staff is particularly friendly and helpful and they even provide a free shuttle to take you anywhere in the city. The rooms are spacious, have large windows... More

Wonderful boutique hotel located in Deutchtown, Pittsburgh, within walking distance of PNC Park (Pirates) and the Andy Warhol Museum (not to be missed!). A free shuttle is available for destinations in the Cultural District. Don't oversleep. Breakfast is well worth waking for! Freshly baked goodies, fresh fruit, coffee, juices, cheese, meats were plentiful and delicious! The rooms are furnished with... More

My husband and I have heard for years how lovely Pittsburgh has become over the last few years and so we went for just a couple of nights to see the city. Yes, it is a wonderful city with plenty to see. I check, as usual, on the Trip Advisor site for a hotel and up popped The Priory as... More

My wife and I found this hotel on TA when looking for a place to stay while completing our trip on the Great Allegheny Passage. The location is good, the price is right, the rooms are clean and neat, and it's bicycle friendly. Converted from a monastery, the architecture is interesting. It is located in the Deutschtown neighborhood of Pittsburgh,... More

We booked this hotel after seeing all the really positive reviews on this site and the price was right for a hotel in the city. The only room still available was the Deluxe King, and it was a good sized room with a comfortable king sized bed. The hotel itself is beautiful, lots of attention to detail, and the courtyard...
