    Conveniently located close to UPMC

    Crumby cleaning job

    Competent and friendly staff at check in. And the room seemed fine, until I stepped into something sticky on the bathroom floor. Apparently someone was snacking (messily) in there. Sticky crumbs scattered about. Odd, as the bathroom otherwise appeared to be clean. (But maybe not...)...More

    I believe they typically run till 11:00 pm, and have a 3 mile radius limit. We had a reception that lasted till midnight. We informed them and just had to call, and they came and picked everyone up.

    Yes! Our shuttle operates within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. The shuttle typically leaves on the hour and we do highly recommend that guests sign up at the Front Desk as the shuttle can accommodate 11 guests at a time.
