My husband and I stayed at the Inn at Lenora's in May 2021 while on a bicycling trip on the Great Allegheny Passage. The Inn far exceeded my expectations for the modest price. We were met on the porch by Lenora herself after spending 50 miles on bikes in the rain. Our bikes and our bodies were a mess! Lenora greeted us with towels to clean up our bodies and a hose to wash off our bikes as well as bike locks to secure the bikes to the front porch railing. She also provided trash bags to put our muddy panniers in along with a large home baked chocolate chip cookie and cold beverage. We could not have asked for a warmer greeting! The room we stayed in (queen sized bed) was immaculate and had an attached bathroom. We had reservations for dinner in their dining room which required "business causal" attire. I had the fillet and my husband had the veal which were both excellent! Both meals came with a generous salad and delicious warm rolls. In additional to being a thoughtful host, Lenora is also the Chef at this restaurant and definitely takes pride in her work. It was worth the extra packing weight on our bikes to bring the extra clothing to meet the business casual requirement. The following morning, an ample breakfast was served by Chef Lenora (included in price.) This was an excellent way to begin our journey on the GAP trail and was the best stay on our trip, highly recommend! And for Game of Throne fans, Jason Momoa once stayed here with his family while working on a movie and left a cool review in their guest book.

The Inn at Lenora's is a wonderful place to stay after a day of biking on the GAP Trail. Lenora is an exceptional host....very friendly and accommodating. She welcomes her guests with homemade chocolate chip cookies and cold beverages and sends you off with a "Bike Bag" containing fruit, water and other snack items. Rooms are large and clean....breakfast is healthy with generous portions. Only challenge is the hill you have to climb from the Gap trail....No signage on trail for Perryopolis or Lenora's so make sure you look for mile marker 102....even the roads are NOT marked.

I stayed at the Inn for the last night of a week long stay in Eastern Ohio/Western PA. I chose this inn on a whim as I wanted to be in proximity to the Pittsburgh airport but not too close. I’ll always choose a small town if I can and this definitely met my criteria.

There was some confusion when I arrived at 3pm as there was nobody to meet me. When I phoned I was told I was early but then Lenora met me on the porch, said it was her mistake and welcomed me inside. I was welcomed with delicious chocolate chip cookies and a cold water. Lenora and I spent some time talking, she told me the history of the house and gave me a tour. It was a Monday night and I was the only guest at the inn but when I asked about dinner I was told they couldn’t accommodate me. Lenora did give me a recommendation of a small restaurant a mile down the road so I took that as an opportunity to walk through the town on my way to dine. When I arrived back there were multiple cars parked outside so perhaps a dinner party had reserved the entire restaurant.

My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. Breakfast is a fixed menu and served at an appointed time (0800). Breakfast was very good and served on the porch. I asked if I could have an extra hour to check out and Lenora was able to accommodate my request which was appreciated. Lenora sent me off with a goodie bag of bottled water and snacks which was a nice touch.

I’m not a bicyclist so not sure if I would ever have occasion to return but the Inn is a great place to lay your head if passing through and the price was decent. I would consider staying here again if the situation presented itself.

Like many others, we stayed at Lenora's while biking the GAP trail. When we arrived she had refreshments waiting for us, and provided takeout menus for some local eateries for dinner. The room was tidy and quaint, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch talking with the other bike riders and Lenora herself. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to fuel up for the day. Lenora runs a tight ship, and knows everything that a biker may need to make their stay comfortable.

If I could change one thing it would be the inn's restaurant dress code - I know many of the bikers would have enjoyed dining in the restaurant but can't afford the pannier space to pack more formal attire. Accommodating these clients would be fantastic!

My husband and I stayed in a king bed suite one night on the way (mostly) from Baltimore to Cleveland. Lenora & Bob were so kind in letting us arrange a late check-in. We enjoyed pizza from nearby Benny’s and loved having a soak in the room’s whirlpool tub. The room was large, bed was comfortable, and window air conditioning worked well and not too noisy. Breakfast was awesome and our hosts were so lovely to speak with, sharing a cool story about the church across the street. We will try to arrange a stay here again.

Lenora was one of the most thoughtful and welcoming innkeepers I have ever met. After a long day of cycling on the GAP trail, she met us on her porch to show us where to wash our muddy bikes. As soon as we stepped into the Inn, she offered us cookies and drinks. She helped us find the best local food for dinner, and provided an excellent and filling breakfast so that we were fully ready to bike the next day. I highly recommend a stay here if you find yourself in Perryopolis, PA.

The Inn at Lenora's is a welcome respite from the GAP Trail. I arrived on my bike and was welcomed. We gathered on the porch and sipped lemon water and ate homemade cookies. After refreshing with a shower, we enjoyed happy hour before dinner. I liked that our hosts asked us to dress appropriately for dinner. That made the dinner feel more special. The food is so good! And my bed was perfectly comfortable. The Inn at Lenora's is a calm, old-fashioned, and comfortable experience.

Lenora takes hospitality to a new level with all her thoughtful touches, specially geared to GAP cyclists. She greeted us with refreshments and sent us off with care packages. Her breakfast was delicious and fueled us up for a good day on the trail. Room was comfortable and the porch made for a lovely evening. Highly recommend.

After a full day of biking the Greater Allegheny Passage, this was a comfortable place to rest and dine for the night. The host, Lenora, greeted her guests on the large front porch with cold watermelon, chocolate chunk cookies (to die for!), tangerines, and ice cold water. She's thought of every detail in providing comfort to travelers of the biking trail. Not only are we greeted with refreshments, but she also provides locks for our bikes, as well as air pumps for our tires. Additionally, she went above and beyond to be COVID-careful. I would definitely recommend Lenora's for any cycling traveler.

We arrived by bike from the Great Allegheny Passage (1 mile). Waiting on the porch was fresh lemon water and homemade chocolate chip cookies. Later we enjoyed a fabulous dinner in the dining room. WOW and wow! In the morning Lenora served a delicious breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes...). And then back on the bikes toward Pittsburgh. My wife loves B&B's. We have stayed in many but this is the BEST! Of special note is the restaurant and the world class dining experience.
