Great accommodations, delicious food, wonderful hospitality, and beautiful gardens! The bedding was luxury at its finest! The grounds were so peaceful - a great place to walk and relax. The lighting on the outside deck was just perfect. The 3 Cheese Baked Omelet was a perfect way to start the day.
Beautiful historic inn within close proximity to all things Hershey. The breakfast of Peaches and Cream French Toast was absolutely delicious. Owner provided outstanding service, tending to our every need. Stayed in the Mallard room with en suite bathroom.
I have been going to B&Bs since I was a little girl and this is now my favorite, no question. Don and Ellen are wonderful hosts and have obviously invested well in their small business. Hope to be back soon!! I’m gonna tell as many of my friends as I can; I can’t recommend this highly enough!
We had the most wonderful experience at the 1825 Inn, and cannot recommend it highly enough. Where do we begin - the Inn is lovely, very well-appointed and exceedingly comfortable and charming. Each room has a theme and all of them are beautiful and thoughtfully designed and decorated. The common areas are likewise beautiful and comfortable, and there is a great, large yard in which to enjoy the outdoors. We were so impressed by the variety of places to sit and relax, indoors and out, ranging from Adirondack chairs to porch swings to comfy chairs. There are also two fire pits which are another place to sit and enjoy. The decor is lovely, and Don and Ellen have thought of everything, literally everything, when it comes to making their guests comfortable - not only the big things but so many little things throughout the Inn. Breakfast was delicious, and complimentary snacks and beverages are in abundance. Don and Ellen are great hosts and clearly aim to ensure that evey stay is exceptional - which ours certainly was. From a COVID-19 perspective, all of the necessary precautions have been taken and we felt very comfortable and unconcerned. We highly recommend the 1825 Inn and will definitely stay there again when we return to the Hershey area.…
My family stayed two nights at the 1825 Inn. Our bed in the Sycamore Room was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The breakfasts were delicious with fresh fruit and generous portions. The coffee was good and chocolate treats available to snack on during the day were an added treat! The gardens are lovely! There are many outdoor “rooms” with comfortable seating. It was the perfect place to stay with my husband and siblings while in PA!
