Terrible room not clean at all bathroom was horrible before I went I didn't know there was an episode of Gordon Ramsays hotel hell and it hasn't changed one bit terrible just horrible don't stay here please
this hotel is in a great location . Newtown is a delightful and charming gem . The charm ends upon entering your room at the Brick Hotel. What looked like mold was everywhere, bathroom baseboards, tile floor/grout, in the window AC unit. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. The windows are likely original which is fitting but they don’t close . Gaps in windows let the bugs in. Contrary to hotel description , there is no front desk and no staff so the front door of the Inn is left unlocked all night . On our last night , we were the only car in the parking lot so it felt abandoned. The area seems safe but we felt vulnerable . Anyone can just walk in off the street . The restaurant that leases space on the ground floor is where you get your key but they are not hotel staff . There was no staff on site when we left the key .…
I learned that this place was on an episode of Hotel Hell AFTER I had already stayed there, and let me say if I'd seen the episode beforehand we would have chosen another hotel. Dirty place, wasn't any better than the episode I watched. there are other hotels in the area. try them out.
Been there last year... Room very dirty, it smells moody and every dust. Bedlinen more grey and yellow, plus spots. Tried the kitchen, but the firdt try was bad, the second one worse. Everything was terrible but the lady, guess Indian herritage was crying, loud and very unpolide ! Like the city of Newtown very much. Dose have friends there but I,ll never stay or eat in this hotel or restaurant again.
This is a really great historic hotel. The customer service was immaculate and the valet parking accommodated me without flaw. Would highly recommend if you’re in the Bucks County area. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
