This B&B was incredible. The Madison room we stayed in was exactly as advertised. We loved it! They actually had a mini fridge in the room which was helpful when we brought our own stuff to make a charcuterie board. The breakfast was delicious and so quick! There was a free open bar with liquor available 24/7. It was super quiet & we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was PERFECT to everything. We didn't move our car once. Walked everywhere. Will definitely be back again!

I loved this Inn! The Inn and the rooms have a lot of character; you can really tell this is a family owned business with its own sense of style and hospitality. The room was clean and cute, the bathroom has a beautiful vanity and a nice hot tub, also very clean. Oh and they have OPEN BAR!? I just made myself a few drinks to take back to my room, but it was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was great with some good variety of freshly cooked hot foods and a spread of treats both savory and sweet. I'd absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area. The downtown area was very cute with lots of shops and places to eat, and just across the bridge there are more great restaurants, shops, antique stores, and trails to walk.

Our family rented the whole house for a wedding over Labor Day weekend, and we had the rehearsal dinner on the rooftop deck. The whole experience was incredible and way beyond our expectations! Mike, Budd and Celeste were super attentive to every detail - I was literally blown away by all the little things they did for us, without even being asked. The building itself it gorgeous, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend Olivia's!

My husband and I came north for a wedding and stayed in the madison room. This is our second time in this room. We have also stayed in the teirnan and scheinder. The madison is a gorgeous room with a very comfortable king sized bed. Bathroom is a nice size and well appointed with towels and handmade soaps. We had a wonderful little terrace overlooking the town. Breakfast was not only delicious but we were able to enjoy it on out private terrace. The gardens are so beautiful! The walk to restaurants and shops was a very short stroll. And the Delaware river and lambertvile were also just a minute away. Had a lovely walk on the tow path, which was right out the back door of the inn. We will definitely be back! Thank you Celeste, Mike and Bud for your hospitality!!

Everything was perfect, from the room, friendly staff, hot breakfast. There was ice water available 24/7 along with brownies and coffee. The inn itself was like a museum of artifacts from the America’s pass. I would recommend this wonderful Inn to all.

We have stayed here half a dozen or so times over the past few years, and it never disappoints. The location, one block from New Hope's main street and a 15 minute walk over the bridge into the center of Lambertville or the Bucks County Theater, makes a car unnecessary once you get here. We have stayed in three different rooms, and each has it's own charm; fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, four-poster beds, etc adorn each one in some combination. Plenty of towels and fragrant soaps in each. The wifi is reliable and the rooftop deck is an excellent place to end the day with a cocktail salute to the sunset view. The hosts see to your every need, from custom made breakfast items, to snacks throughout the day and other amenities that are always well-stocked. The owner makes substantial improvements every year, to keep the Inn heads above the competition. We will be back again and again!

Right of the bat Mike was super nice and accommodating with checking-in, giving us a tour, and informing us about everything available. There's a wonderful breakfast, a bar with drink options, a rooftop, and just a unique atmosphere in the place. Everything is in walking distance and Mike even had suggestions for food and things to do. I loved the weekend I spent there with my girlfriend and I will definitely be coming back. Looking forward to possibly booking in the Fall!

We enjoyed our recent trip to New Hope and stayed at Olivia's. First the location is perfect. Its a great spot to park your car and easy walking distance to explore everything New Hope has to offer. Even an easy walk over the bridge to check out Lambertville, NJ. When you arrive you are greeted by beautfiul building and whoever does the outdoor landscaping with all the flowers, does an amazing job. The rooms are nice, the beds clean, and like the rooftop deck. The staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast was included and had a nice assortment. Some of the food like the baked goods and bacon was excellent, while a few things were a miss for me. Overall, I enjoyed the place. There a few things I could say may need updated or tweaked on the property, but all the major needs you want from an inn were checked. The price is reasonable and the location is excelelnt.

Our weekend getaway experience was absolutley fantastic. The Inn is beautiful and well kept, the hostess was very warm and accomadating, and the location is outstanding! Situated right next to the canal path and overlooking the main street, the Inn is within walking distance to all the attractions this quaint beautiful town has to offer. Will be back again!
