Olivia's Bridge Street Inn garners high marks for its array of amenities, including the complimentary refreshments and the made-to-order breakfasts that create a homey experience. Guests have called out the inn's meticulous cleanliness and the unique charm of the rooms, though accessibility may be an issue for some. The hotel's ambiance is warmly applauded, with seasonal decorations and fireplaces adding to the allure. Nestled in an ideal location, the inn allows for easy exploration of New Hope and Lambertville. While service is frequently commended for its personal touch, guests' views on value diverge, with some questioning the cost.

My husband and I have enjoyed a Fall vacation in New Hope for the past 15 years. This was by far our best experience. Mike and Joe were perfect hosts, the rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sun rise or enjoy your own happy hour with friends, and the rooms are beautiful and very clean, even the sheets smell sweet. But the best feature is the location; steps from fabulous restaurants, cool shops, and right next to the tow path where you can walk off that dinner the next morning!

We stayed here over the winter break and had a great experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival Joe kindly gave my daughter some cookies which she thoroughly enjoyed and he also asked if she wanted any special music played which was quite sweet. We then spent a few hours walking the streets of New Hope and this bed and breakfast couldn't be any more convenient - it is literally in the heart of it all. In the evening we enjoyed some time in the warm and cozy living room enjoying the beautifully decorated tree and all of the Christmas decorations. We stayed in the Maris room which is the top floor suite and was a perfect size for our small family - it was the first trip with our 3 month old and she slept peacefully the whole night. In the morning we were greeted with a lovely breakfast of fruits, pastries, breads, bacon, sausage, waffles, etc. It was a wonderful spread. We wished we had stayed longer but will definitely be back in the future!!

We have stayed here half a dozen or so times over the past few years, and it never disappoints. The location, one block from New Hope's main street and a 15 minute walk over the bridge into the center of Lambertville or the Bucks County Theater, makes a car unnecessary once you get here.

We have stayed in three different rooms, and each has it's own charm; fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, four-poster beds, etc adorn each one in some combination. Plenty of towels and fragrant soaps in each. The wifi is reliable and the rooftop deck is an excellent place to end the day with a cocktail salute to the sunset view.

The hosts see to your every need, from custom made breakfast items, to snacks throughout the day and other amenities that are always well-stocked.

The owner makes substantial improvements every year, to keep the Inn heads above the competition. We will be back again and again!

Where do I even begin? Like the title suggests, Olivia’s Bridge Street Inn is by far the best b & b I’ve visited! This was more of a last minute booking, during our weekend getaway in New Hope. Just to mention, a wonderful town to visit, beautiful shops and outdoor dining is available! As well as the parking lot of the Inn leads to a towpath to bike for as long as 30 miles! (if you don’t mind getting a bit messy haha) When we first arrived at the location, we kindly asked to be shown some rooms, and my oh my, the rooms were absolutely wonderful! The interior design was well decorated with a vibe of a quaint, picturesque apartment! We had booked two rooms, since visiting with a friend. Two people stayed in a King room, and one person stayed in the room with a queen bed! The King room was beautiful! The bed was perfect for two, in addition to a wonderful bathroom in the room! Everything was clean, and not a single imperfection. Rooms had air conditioning and could be easily managed to turn on and off! The Queen bed room was just across the hall and had most of the same features. Slightly different decoration, although the bed was still great for 1 or two guests! Bathroom was perfect and shower was perfect! Moving upstairs, there is a roof top that is easily accessible from the inside or outside of the place! There are numerous tables and comfortable chairs and a spectacular view of the town! If someone is not looking to eat dinner at a restaurant, one can easily buy food from a market and eat on the rooftop! It’s beautifully decorated with string lights! Moving along back downstairs, the lobby is beautiful as well and has a couple of tables, as well as a living room with a couch to lounge in! Additionally there is a fridge, that offers complimentary water and coke! As well as a place to store some food if needed, although each room has a mini fridge! The outside patio is wonderful, and that is where breakfast is served. For breakfast we were offered a choice of waffles, toast, quiche, and more! We took the quiche, and it was AMAZING! The owner is a wonder cook and host! There was also a table with coffee, milk, orange juice, some fruit cups, cereal, and yogurts! At night, the restaurant next door rents the patio, coming right out of your room for dinner is very convenient! Over all, i have not one complaint about this location, beautiful bed and breakfast, superior service, and delicious breakfast! I recommend visiting during the week, for a cheaper stay! Although for the accommodations, the price is very reasonable! I definitely recommend staying here for a trip in the area! I wish this Inn had an extension of locations! Definitely going to return!

Olivia's is a lovely place to stay. Our room, The Lambert, was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Mike, the host, was very welcoming and most accommodating and our stay was relaxing and quiet. I'm sure it helped that we stayed on a weeknight in the middle of February. The B&B is charming and old, complete with creaky floorboards and old-school charm. The Inn is located just off the main drag in New Hope, and parking is provided! Breakfast was delicious (fruit, mini quiches, croissants and bagels with butter and jam, cold and hot cereals, and waffles!) with the sun streaming in through the windows were we ate. We would highly recommend Olivia's!

My husband and I just got back from a 2 night stay and we immediately booked for 3 nights next December :)
We came to New Hope to do some Christmas shopping at Peddlers Village and to see Million Dollar Quartet at the Bucks County Playhouse. We really enjoyed everything! We stayed in the Tiernan room located on the lowest level. The bathroom is beautiful with a wonderful rainfall shower and a large jacuzzi tub for two. There is also a small kitchen area in the room with a small refrigerator and microwave. The fireplace in this room looked so pretty decorated with Christmas lights that made the room extra cozy. The entire place is immaculate.
The Inn was beautifully decorated for Christmas, they really went all out decorating. It felt so warm, cozy and really put us in the Christmas mood :)
Fresh cookies are baked each day, there is a bar area to fix yourself a cocktail, and water, soda, juice, coffee and tea available 24 hrs.
Mike, one of the hosts and Kevin, who prepares a delicious breakfast for you each morning, were both great to chat with each morning at breakfast :)
The location is great. We walked to dinner, the Playhouse, and Peddlers Village was just a short 8 min drive away. Looking forward to our December visit again next year and thinking on a visit in the Fall one year to explore the area with the beautiful fall foliage :)

We had a wonderful experience at Olivia’s! We will definitely be back. This was our first B&B we’ve tried in New Hope, and we’re so glad it was the one that had an open room available last minute when our original weekend plans changed. We stayed in the Maris Room on the 3rd floor (next to the roof deck). Our favorite parts of the weekend were reading on the roof deck in the morning, the complimentary open bar for a night cap after dinner, and the DELICIOUS breakfast. We tried basically one of everything they were making that morning and it was all so yummy. This location is also a 1/2 block from the main part of New Hope, the bridge to Lambertville, next to the train station, and on the Delaware water gap trail, which made for a beautiful walk before breakfast. Cannot wait to go back!

We recently spent a weekend at Olivia's while in New Hope for a friend's wedding. From the minute we walked in, we knew we had hit the jackpot with housing for the weekend. There is a fridge in the lobby stocked with water, soda, juice, milk, coffee creamer and beer, as well as a fully stocked bar with liquor and homemade cookies always out! Little touches like that go so far for me, so I was in heaven before even seeing the room. We stayed in the Madison room which is quaint with a king bed, balcony and standard tub/shower in the en suite. I tend to be picky about beds that are not my own, mostly because I very much dislike down pillows that are at most hotels. I can report that both my husband and myself agree that our bed was one of the most comfortable we have stayed in and the pillows were perfect, too. We didn't get to utilize the balcony because the weather was too cold, but if we had wanted breakfast on the balcony, we would have just had to let the front desk person know and they would bring it up to us! Loved that and was sad we couldn't take advantage! The shower was nothing to write home about but it gets the job done! Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold foods - yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, quiche, sausage, bacon, potatoes, etc. There is off street parking and a pub just next door where we enjoyed watching playoff football before the wedding! The location is easily walkable to many places! All in all, we had a great stay and if we ever find ourselves near New Hope again, we wouldn't book anywhere else!

We stayed at Olivia's last weekend. We arrived 3 hours before check-in. Our room wasn't ready yet, but the manager (maybe the owner, I should have asked) checked us in, showed me our room, gave me our key and parking pass. We went to eat lunch and walk around the town. The Inn has 1 parking spot per room. Our room, the Tiernan was fantastic. After dinner we went back to the inn and sat in the living room, with a fire going and just hung out and talked for hours.

The next morning we woke up to the smell of breakfast cooking. The continental breakfast was great, Egg cups (like cupcakes) with spinach and sun dried tomatoes, sausage patties, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and a homemade apple crumb cake.

We will stay again

I got lucky and a last minute cancellation allowed me to stay the weekend. First, I love New Hope and Lambertville and I was searching for a place stay last minute. The rooms are just gorgeous - words cannot say how impressive the design and quality of everything in the room. I had one of the best nights sleep in probably the most comfortable bed I have ever been in ... including my own bed at home. The people who greeted me and helped me with places to eat...and served an amazing breakfast were the BEST. Warm homemade pancakes, fresh upside down banana cake and a lovely simple quiche that hit the spot. Self serve yogurt and fruit cups for those in a hurry - and loads of choices of coffee. The fruit cup was amazing - blackberries, raspberries and just a small bowl of goodness.

There are two bedrooms in the Maris Room. One is at the front of the B&B; this one is smaller and has a sloped ceiling. The second room, which is larger, is at the back. There is also a refrigerator in the big room.
