My husband surprised me with a weekend away for our anniversary. What a fabulous surprise! We stayed in The Hideaway Suite - which is as romantic and old fashioned as it sounds. But, no worries about the amenities - they were top notch. Heat, A.C., fridge, microwave, chocolates, and other very special touches. The room was wonderful - and just what we needed for a romantic weekend celebration. The breakfasts Saturday and Sunday morning held us until dinner! Delicious fruit, yogurt, granola (yum), rolls, quiche, eggs, croissants, and never ending coffee or tea filled us up and tasted scrumptious. I have some dietary restrictions - and special requests were all met with care. I was really impressed. The Inn is so beautiful inside and out - there's so much to see and admire. The setting, in New Hope, leaves tons of things to do in the area. The owners have brochures with tons of ideas to do and places to see. And, with Lambertville being just a short walk over a bridge - the possibilities are endless! On Saturday, we walked all around New Hope, meeting people and taking in the sights. On Sunday, we went into Lambertville, and scored a great garden decoration in one of the many antique stores. Parking is tight, but available. However - and this is important - no car at all is needed if you are going to explore New Hope. The Inn is literally 2 blocks away. We took a short drive to a comedy club in Newtown on Saturday night - there are numerous things to do a short drive away as well. Literally, from the moment we arrived until we checked out, we were treated like royalty. Carl and Dini were so nice and so full of great information in the area. I would LOVE to return again!

I borrowed the tagline from their website because "Escape the Present" is exactly the experience you will have. Each room, including the carraige house, is beautifully decorated, and even though they have tvs, I encourage you to curl up with a book, and/or your partner. There are many senses you will enjoy. The smell of burning firewood, watching wildlife come and go playfully through the grounds, and delicious breakfasts that are served each morning. Everyone is warm and friendly, and they add to the pleasantness of your stay.

This is a lovely property, in a very pretty setting which is walking distance to downtown New Hope. The hosts are a wealth of local knowledge. We attended a wedding nearby, arriving late and leaving early in the morning and the hosts were more than understanding. Can’t thank you enough!

DO NOT use this merchant. First we were charged more than the advertised rate. We were then scammed into paying for rooms never used. There are plenty other nicer and more reputable Bed and Breakfast places in the area. I would not take the chance of getting scammed like we did and have your vacation ruined.

We stayed in the first floor suite. Very comfortable, clean & quiet. Convenient to downtown shops & restaurants. Nadine & Carl were wonderful hosts and guides to city restaurants. Breakfast was delicious. We are likely to return. Thanks!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the charmingly beautiful Wedgwood Inn over Columbus Day Weekend. Innkeepers Carl and Nadine attend to every detail to provide guests with an unforgettable experience. Our king room in the main building was large, comfortable and lovely. Lace curtains, cozy fireplaces, plush chairs and sofas, and the Inn's very own covered "kissing" bridge all added to the Inn's intimate feeling. Breakfasts were fantastic--Nadine kindly gave me the recipe for the delicious baked eggs with herbs that they served on our second morning there. The pumpkin spice muffins were amazing! Carl is very knowledgeable about events and dining in the area which helped us immensely. Bonus--it's just a short walk from the Inn into the heart of New Hope. We can't wait to return. Thank you Carl and Nadine for a delightful weekend!

Wonderful place right near downtown New Hope. VERY nice, friendly owners. Loved the room too- comfortable bed, fireplace and whirlpool bath. Backyard area had Adirondack chairs, swings and hammocks- great place to relax. Good breakfasts too and the owners are happy to give recommendations of what to see and do in the area. Will definitely be back.

33 years ago on June 17 we stayed for the beginning of our honeymoon and 21 years ago we had another wonderful stay. When our nephew was going to have his wedding in the area - we knew we needed to come back to our "home away from home". This time we brought my mother. Everything was perfect - the rooms comfortable, the breakfast amazing and most of all, it was great to catch up with Nadine and Carl! We hope to make it back more often. This is the perfect place to park your car, relax on the grounds and walk into New Hope.

What a fabulous Inn!! It's cute and quaint, and everything you want in a country inn B&B! The hosts Carl and Nadine went out of their way to make our stay perfect! Our room was so special, with a gas fireplace, canopy bed, and two person jacuzzi tub! Lots of fluffy towels, bath products, home made cookies, and almond liquor were in the room to greet us. The homemade breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, granola, quiche, and yummy muffins, croissants and bagels was outstanding! The grounds are peaceful and inviting, with a lovely gazebo for relaxing. It's easy to walk to town, and also a short walk over the bridge to Lambertville. Lots to do in the area - Mercer Museum, Fonthill Castle, Sandcastle winery, covered bridges, Peddler's Village shops all nearby. Wonderful weekend stay!

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend stay at the Wedgwood Inn! The online description matches the Inn especially the cleanliness, satisfying breakfast, walking proximity to New Hope town, and the lovely host and hostess. I highly recommend you take a look, then book! I'd recommend a walk over the bridge to Lambertville, the Federal Twist Winery, and a visit to St. John the Evangelist Church too.
