My wife and I were in the area to attend a show at Havana in New Hope and we needed a place to stay. Prior to the trip, we could not find a B&B that would book us a room for a single night because the only night we were interested in was Saturday. Everything was a two night minimum... More

We hadn't been to the Inn for dinner in a good number of years, but recently made some last minute reservations for a dinner for two. They seated us in a perfect corner table on an enclosed porch. The menu was fantastic. Numerous choices for appetizers, many more special appetizers, also. The same was true for entrees. The service was... More

Small atmospheric old inn, lots of separate dining areas, decorated with great charm. Food is fine, American style, not fancy, but good value. This is a place for being warm and romantic, with very friendly service, not for fancy cuisine.

Stayed here over one weekend and loved it! It was a very relaxing stay, beautiful place, great service and everyone was very friendly. I live in NYC and was looking to have a weekend away from city craziness and this place helped achieve just that. Be warned, if you want wifi and cable this place is not for you. If... More

While the restaurant experience was O.K. (see my review) the room #5 was something out of the 60's era. Double bed, no bathroom amenities, iron hangers (most bent), tepid shower water, mold on grout in shower, bleach spots on towels, no face cloths or hand towels. No Wi-Fi. No TV. I could go on. Management needs to decide if they... More

Have been passing this complex of small stone building for years on the way south via 32 to the center of New Hope but never realized a restaurant existed there. This quaint 18th century complex invites curiosity and during the warmer months the ivy covered buildings scream "Come See Us". Easily over looked because of poor signage the restaurant is... More

My wife and I have traveled to New Hope numerous times over the last twenty years. We have stayed in a number of B&B's in the area including this one. Wanting to take her some place special for our brief adventure I called the B&B that remained foremost in my mind. I remembered that they had one cottage in addition... More

Food is outstanding as is ambience. Ask for terrace in Spring, Summer and Fall and fireplace table in winter. Often overcrowded on on weekends, early time reservations are best. At times the waitresses seem overburdened and a little slow; however, the wait is worth it.

I have to admit that after reading numerous bad reviews I went expecting the worst. But, from the moment we arrived to when we left, we experienced nothing but friendly hospitality. We were in room 5, with a large sitting room, complete with two reading chairs, and a table with 2 chairs, perfect for playing games or enjoying breakfast. Our... More

Back in the 80s a group of us would rent all the rooms in an inn for New Years. The Inn at Phillips Mill was one of our most treasured memories. We went back for two weekends recently with a new group of people and found it was as warm, charming and comfortable as ever. The people with us were... More
