I absolutely loved it and got out of it what I was looking for - R&R. The house was quiet, I had my privacy, and the Gala Room was exactly how I envisioned it. Loved the ambiance! Carl went above and beyond every time and the breakfasts were delicious. He is full of info about the area and was always at the ready to offer tips on where to eat, where to go, etc. He could not have been more accommodating.

Booked this for a weekend back in March. Then COVID hit - and I called Carl and he moved us to mid July. Thankfully things opened back up and we were able to make our trip. A delightful B&B with clean and charming rooms. The breakfast is AMAZING - Carl clearly loves what he does and puts his heart and soul into it. He is also a great host, ready with some excellent restaurant tips. When you're there, make sure to check out Lititz - I had been there a long time ago, but Carl recommended it and so I went again - it is a wonderful place. Highly recommend Harvest Moon for your next Lancaster vacation.

From the initial phone call to book a room at the harvest moon, our experience was above and beyond. Super accommodating, fantastic room with a great spa tub. The overall vibe of this establishment exudes tremendous pride in every detail. From the decor to the reading material provided in the rooms, to the delicious homeade treats and warm, generous vibes. Grateful to the owner for being so gracious and a master at the craft of hospitality. Overall Magickal experience that i feel i will return to once again and highly reccomend.

The Harvest Moon Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful Victorian home decorated with a variety of antiques. Its location makes it easy to find, and is close to a large choice of things to do, like; antiquing, family theme parks, factory outlet shopping, seeing and experiencing the Amish, and a variety of restaurants. Carl treats all his guests like a friend or family member, and is very knowledgeable about things to do or places to eat in the area. He keeps the B&B clean and neat, and always has some homemade treats or snacks available. There is also always water, soda, tea or coffee available. As for breakfast you can see that Carl is an accomplished chef. Every breakfast is made fresh and from locally found, in season, ingredients and is the perfect portion. Because of the location of the B&B there is always something different to do or see no matter the time of the year you visit. The price is very reasonable compared to other B&B's and hotels in the area. The B&B offers eight different packages you can add to your stay to make it even more enjoyable. We have stayed there on four different weekends in nine months, and plan to stay at a minimum every four month in the future. We have recommended staying here to all of family and friends.
