We were directed to The Inn of New Berlin by our friends over at Gilson Snowboards. We wanted a place walking distance to the farm and they sure are. From the first call to learn more about The Inn to checking out, everything was super friendly and efficient. We arrived early on our check-in day and Lois quickly got our... More

Lois, the Innkeeper, really has a knack for paying attention to detail. So special to see her out in her garden snipping fresh cut flowers for our breakfast table. Breakfast of eggs benedict and a fresh fruit cup was amazing! We arrived back from our dinner to fresh homemade cookies which were soooo delicious, you could taste the butter in... More

We have never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before. so we were a little nervous about what to expect. We were to say the least pleasantly surprised. The inn was gorgeous, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. and the food was beyond excellent. Lois and Mike were wonderful hosts and very informative of things to do and see. Would... More

I have been staying here for a week now. I just love it. I can tell you with full authority that this place ROCKS. I love the rooms, and the owners Lois and Mike take excellent care of you here. The chef is brilliant -- every morning at breakfast you are surprised by something different on the menu and it... More

Gorgeous house, super-nice innkeeper, GREAT cookies. We rented a small room (#5) w private bath on second floor - very nice linens, quiet, tastefully decorated. Bathroom slightly disappointing - I hate those prefab showers - but it was a great value. We especially loved drinking apple brandy on the porch and enjoying the solitude. Breakfast was excellent, very rich. New... More

The Inn is beautiful, the owners a delight. The warm welcome and the yummy smells of fresh baked cookies. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Breakfast was a feast! We enjoyed Raspberry filled French toast and an ample supply of fresh coffee. They also gave a tour of the house, some of its history and area information. We can't wait... More

The owners are wonderful people and they have a beautiful inn. Breakfast is really great especially the cream brûlée French toast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. There is a lot of common space and an outdoor eating area for warmer weather. The beds were very comfortable. Clean, neat, well kept all around.

My husband and I spent the weekend at the Inn. We were in Lewisburg for family weekend at Bucknell. It was a short ride to the campus. Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Breakfast each morning was fantastic! Lois and Mike are great owners. They make you feel like family. We will definitely be back .

As host and hostess of this bed and breakfast, Mike and Lois provided hospitality and service above and beyond what you often get at major name five star hotels in large cities. Mike and Lois are extremely friendly extroverts who not only had fresh tasty cookies waiting for our arrival (we took the leftovers home they were so good), that... More
