Reasonable rates, park and fly with 24/7 airport shuttle service, early hot breakfast offered. Also clean, comfortable room and professional staff. These are all the reasons we would go back this hotel.

Checked in at night prior to early flight. Terrible room. Dark glue type stains underneath night stand and in carpet. Carpet dirty. Found hairs on pillow. Used sheets. Outlets fire hazards and lamp not working. Tissue box almost empty. Went to night manager. Asked for a free stay in another room after that. I got an upgrade..a fridge. No apologies. Still had to pay. Was told they can't complain to housekeeping because they would just quit. Well. I've quit La Quinta! As far as main mgr. replies, they all sound like form letters.

Front desk staff needs to brush up on their customer service training. At check in, the rep was cool, aloof, and unwelcoming. At check out, the rep was cocky and unnecessarily smart mouthed. He sat in the dining area gossiping with a coworker without acknowledging my presence as I wanted to check out. I discreetly mentioned that my tolerance wasn’t properly cleaned and didn’t notice until the morning (not the night prior). He coworker (a woman who said she used to be in housekeeping) laughed and said I should have changed rooms. I again stated I didn’t use the toilet the evening prior in order to notice the dried urine on the bottom. Her remark was beyond unprofessional, insensitive and unnecessarily defensive especially since I stated that I didn’t want to make trouble for anyone, but just a helpful feedback instead of me posting pictures on social media or being irate. I shouldn’t have been treated in this manner. They staff clear have clearly mentally checked out and no concept of true customer service. It isn’t about being warm and fuzzy. It’s about showing respect, listening and empathy. I told our company not to book us there again - especially since the front desk rep says “it happens a lot”.

Gave our room to someone else. No hot water, heat not working right. It was noisy and it could have been a little cleaner and smelled a little cleaner. And I'm pretty easy going but this was a real disappointment.

Arrival key not working and front desk clerk was not helpful this was vey inconvenient and wold have to reconsider staying this location again I have been staying at this location for twenty five years the property on the outside looks terrible

This is an older hotel that has probably seen a couple refurbishments but none recently. The room seemed clean enough and the bed was comfortable but the parking is bad and the breakfast was so so. The desk clerks weren't the most pleasant people, especially the clerk at check out. He seemed like he didn't want to be there dealing with customers.

I agree with the other recent posts, this hotel is fraudulent. We got to the hotel and they claimed both my Amex and Visa were declined and I had to pay cash. They conveniently have an ATM in the lobby. I called American Express on speaker and they told me there was nothing wrong with my card. No charges had been attempted or denied. They did “generously” cancel my room. I had to cross the highway with my luggage and 9yr old in the dark to the Double Tree across the street. My credit card magically worked at Double Tree. The only good part was a very nice shuttle driver, but we waited forever and saw all the other shuttles come twice.

THIS HOTEL IS COMMITTING FRAUD!!! My husband and I stayed here in Feb. 2023. We arrived on a late flight and shuttled to the property. My son picked us up in the morning. WE DID NOT HAVE A CAR. I was charged $25 for a car park, called, and it was reversed on 2/25. Then, on Sept. 30, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE CAR PARK. I have not been at this hotel since February. I called and spoke to the mgr., Antonio, who said they hotel was going back and charging people for car park fees that were reversed. I explained again that I did not have a car, and Antonio said he would take care of it and call me back. He never did. I called several times, left messages with no return call. This hotel is charging credit cards at will. AVOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COSTS.

Our Business rented over 14 rooms for almost 2 weeks!! This is by far the nasty hotel I've ever stayed at. Carpets dirty and stained, mold in the bathroom, I had a hole in the ceiling above the TV from water damage. The evening front desk personnel are very rude and unfriendly. Every time one of my team would ask them a question, it was as if you were bothering them. I'm also a card holder and they refused to give me my points. Someone needs to do something about it place.
