what a great atmosphere.. The team that is there truely cares about guests. The entire staff is amazing.They take the time to call you by name and run a tight ship. ALL THE ROOMS HAVE CLEAN JACUZZI TUBS .I would highly recommend them . thanks again for making my stay very relaxing and always taking care of each customer with above and beyond the call of duty attitude. thank you again. I checked in to this hotel on a Friday evening around 9:30pm. The check in service was a little slow but no bother I thought, maybe the clerk was having an off night. Once checked in, we take the elevator to the third floor and swipe our key to room 301. Immediately, the stench of smoke was evident... Being an asthmatic, I turned around to speak with the clerk, Cheryl. Well, when I arrived downstairs, Cheryl was busy Checking in guests. There were three different parties on line waiting for assistance so I knew this was going to take a while. After waiting ten mins I decide to go to the car and wait there. Another ten mins pass, I return inside and the clerk was still helping the same gentleman. No luck I thought, they’re too busy so I’ll just have to deal with the lingering smoke smell... I wish that was the worse of it. Now back at the room, once I entered my husband immediately told me he is sceeved out. He went to use a towel only to find it had brown stains on it. He also pointed out that there were brown liquid stains on the wall like something had been splattered and not wiped away. He pointed to a sink that was outside the bathroom that had visible decay in the wood and was falling apart... pretty disgusted at this point, I figured let me just take a shower to relax. I grabbed a towel I packed for the trip and headed for the tub. Alas, the shower was No better. Inside the tub was public hair and near the trash can on the floor were two white circular pills!! What kind of place is this!!!! I opted not to shower and instead slept with all my clothes on, on top of the sheets mind you. My husband and I maybe slept A total of two hours that night. I couldn’t wait for the night to be over so we could leave that dreadful place. Come 7am, we packed up and checked out. (No free breakfast like the website said due to corona) not like we would have eaten there anyway!! The new clerk in the morning asked how our stay was and I was honest- It couldn’t have been worse. We could’ve stayed in a motel and it would of been better than this. I asked for her managers name and she said he would give me a call..... 6 hours pass still no word from Chris. So I called the hotel. Sure enough; Chris answered. He said he was going to call me when he had the chance. Fine. I told him my issue and that for $150 our experiance was shameful. He said the hotel was totally booked that night but how can We make this right? I asked for a refund but He said the best he could do was to refund me a total of $38. I explained I don’t think for what we experienced that was fair but he refused to do anything further and claimed that was the best he could do. In an era like covid hotels should be cleaned properly. This was not. I want to spend my hard earned money to help the economy and in return I also want to receive clean and decent service. This did not meet those standards at all. Oh, and the kicker, I still haven’t been refunded a dime of that $38. It’s been well over 3 business days. Quality inn minus the quality.

I was traveling with my daughter for a soccer game and booked the Quality Inn in Montgomeryville, PA. We have stayed at lots of Choice hotels and never had an issue. We are not high maintenance and just want somewhere clean to sleep, especially during the Covid crisis. Check in was easy and the front desk employee was very nice. We got to the room, changed clothes to get ready for bed. My daughter went into the bathroom and came back disgusted. There was dried urine and toenail clippings all over the seat. Under the lid there was urine and feces. I almost wiped the seat down just so we could go to sleep but decided to call the front desk. The phone was sticky all over where it seemed a soda had been spilled all over it. The front desk apologized and moved us to a "suite". This room seemed cleaner and definitely smelled better. Unfortunately my daughter and I now had to share a bed. Not worth another trip downstairs as she needed to sleep for an early morning game. We figured they may have something pre-packaged for breakfast but no such luck. Didn't even see coffee out. So disappointed in this experience. Oh and for those who want to know, the employee did have a mask on at the desk but the people hanging out in the lobby drinking did not.

My husband and I arrived on July 3rd and the first thing we see in the parking lot was a pop up canopy tent set up by a guest in a parking spot. There seemed to be some kind of family get together going on as there were more than 10 people gathered (mostly teenagers) and none of them were wearing masks as the state has now made mandatory in all public places and no social distancing was being maintained. This is understandably not the staffs fault but the fact it was being allowed was surprising. We walk in the building with masks on and noticed the signs posted on the door that masks were required. We were greeted by the front desk clerk, not wearing a mask. The room itself was mostly clean and comfortable with the exception of the previous occupants used soap was still in the bathroom garbage. Every time we went through the lobby, not a single front desk clerk was wearing a mask. Saturday afternoon we were coming back into the hotel and heard the clerk tell a guest that was checking in that she only needed to worry about wearing a mask if her boss was there. Saturday evening brought another large gathering in the parking lot with loud music being played from a guests car. We had to call the front desk at one point because guests in the room next to us were screaming, slamming doors and congregating in the hall outside our room. Today as we were leaving from our third floor room, the female employee cleaning the rooms was not wearing a mask. We let her go on the elevator before us and because the stairs are not accessible, we waited for her to vacate the elevator before calling it back to our floor and getting on. Given the fact that we are not only dealing with a pandemic and it was government mandated to be wearing a mask, I was deeply disturbed by the lack of compliancy by the staff. There are notices everywhere about wearing masks and the elevator has signage stating due to Covid, housekeeping will be doing a deep clean of each room after guests have checked out. This sign is also posted right next to the elevators expired inspection sticker. Reassuring all around that this place is being managed properly.

This hotel is only about 15 minutes from our home. I love staying here. We got the King bed suite. My husband works third shift and finds it hard to sleep during the night. The way the room our room was set up it had a half wall so that I was not disturbed by my husband being in the living room area of the hotel room. I am not sure they all are like that. The bed was comfy, the room very clean and the breakfast was good. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Only that I can't wait to go back!
