Spent a weekend at the campground as part of a yearly family event. We had several sites together and we were close to the river. The sites had plenty of shade. Bathrooms were well maintained and camp store had all the little extras we needed. The highway is near enough that you can here the tractor trailers at night. There... More

The positives - the campground is easily accessible from highway, has a laundry facility and they provide river trips - canoe, kayak, rafts - and you can fish. Loud music did stop at 11pm or thereabouts. Some sites have nice river view. The negatives - early and constant noise from highway currently under construction, inadequate bathrooms for the tent population... More

First it took days to make a reservation as the phone was rarely answered. After driving 4 hours to arrive to the camp in PA, we go to check in. The lady (Jill) at the office was rude. If it werent because we drove so far, i would have honestly went back home. I felt it was due to the... More

Coming from a family with a pocono house right near Milford I can say that when you first arrive to pick up your raft, you may be surprised by not only the amount of tourists, but by how obnoxious they are, absolutely full of loud college students and large family groups with no regard to other people around them, but... We went camping with three children and joined another family with two children. The campsite is more expensive than other sites in the area, but the family we joined were first-time campers and we hoped the addition of a pool and outdoor showers would make their experience a good one. Unfortunately, the pool and showers didn't make up for the... More

The camping sites is a mix of terrible to just 'ok' but all are very close to the highway. We could not sleep all night as the noise from the traffic was a bit too much. Not the best escape from city for sure especially when you're paying higher than other places for the tent site and also an paying... More

We are new to RVing. This place was excellent. Everything was clean, . Staff was informative of grounds and polite. Nothing was a bother to them. Park layout was user friendly and had river access, Bath/showers were super clean. On site amenities dump station, propane fill, wifi, cable. A great weekend and relaxing. Even had to extend our checkout due... More

Don't listen to any of the bad reviews. The staff were very friendly and the bathrooms were very clean with HOTwater. The only time the bathroom got dirty is when people would stuff items down the toliets. We were on prime sites along the river well worth the extra money. the sites were large enough for two tents. and there... More

My fiancee and I were looking to spend a quiet weekend camping for our anniversary. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We booked a site at Kittatiny River Beach on the recommendation of a friend. On arrival we checked in at the main office and were directed back to the highway to access... More
