The B&B is immaculate and comfortable. There are many little conveniences for guests; such as a bike shed/bike wash, a refrigerator and sink area, Keurig coffee maker. Breakfast was well presented and an excellent balance of nutrition. There is a comfy covered front porch and a patio in the backyard. The only downside (which the proprietors cannot control) is the constant railroad train traffic that blows the whistle at every traffic intersection day and night.

Stayed here riding the GAP. It’s close to the trail, a little hill going back up across the train tracks but pretty easy. The hosts were excellent. The accommodations and food were excellent. We would highly recommend Yoders to anyone especially cyclists.

At the bottom of the hill from the GAP, lies a lovely B & B. It had a lovely porch to sit and enjoy the company of others. Accommodations were very comfortable and everything very clean. Our room had two chairs with footstools that I enjoyed resting in after a 41 mile bicycle ride. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning. We were asked what time we preferred so they could plan social distance. Storage in the locked garage was provided for our bikes.

Thank you for your choosing us as your home while in Meyersdale. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and hope you can visit again. Our porch is what drew us to this house and we love watching strangers become friends on it. The world needs more porch time.

In doing my homework for completing the GAP, I sought out my lodging options. Yoder’s was recommended and did not disappoint. A beautiful guest house, very clean and comfy room with a nice breakfast to send you on your way. Seek it out if you pass through.

My husband and I stayed at Yoder's while riding the Great Allegheny Trail. The house is a quick 3 minute ride from the trail. It has been beautifully renovated but with modern amenities. Denise and Chuck were awesome hosts. We finished the day's portion of the trail early and didn't expect to be able to check in right away. However, based on our timeline, Denise expected that we would arrive when we did and allowed us to check into our room. We rented the Allegheny room and it was immaculately clean and cool upon arrival. The next day we had a terrific breakfast, filled our bottles with water and ice from the guest kitchen, retrieved our bikes from the locked garage and were on our way. We highly recommend staying here if stopping in Meyersville. Also the price was more than reasonable. My husband ate lunch at GI Dayroom Coffee Shop. Food and service was excellent and the prices were insanely inexpensive. We had dinner at the White House. My husband had filet mignon. The service, again, excellent but I thought it was a little pricey. There is a Sheetz within walking distance of the inn where we got sandwiches the next day.
