Gram Gram's Place is just a short coast down the hill from the GAP. A very convenient location at the end of a long ride. Better yet, it is a very short uphill to the start of the next day's ride! The B&B owner is not on premises but all the arrangements for entry and payment are made online and...

I stayed here on my second night while riding the GAP. It was after 60 miles of uphill (gentle but continuous). Meyersdale is a pretty little town with unfortunately loud trains that come through fairly often. Gram Gram's was a comfortable place and I was happy it was close to the trail. That meant walking down into town for dinner...

While cycling the GAP last summer, we vowed to return in winter for some cross-country skiing and chose to stay at Gram Gram’s for three nights in February. We thought at first we would ski the GAP trail, however conditions weren’t right so we drove to Laurel Ridge State Park (about 20 miles away) and found some of the best...

This in an awesome place to stay. Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I hope to go back for a visit this summer, if not sooner!! The owner was very accommodating and gracious. I would highly recommend Gramgrams to anyone traveling this way or looking for a nice place to relax for a weekend. location is perfect.

We spent three nights on GAP riding from Cumberland to Pittsburg. Our stay in Meyersdale was the best not withstanding the train noise. With regard to the negative review citing train noise: Meyersdale is a small town. A busy rail line goes through the middle of town. There is no place in town to stay where you will not hear...

Stayed one night in the downstairs bedroom on a two day bike trip. Clean comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Other than the trains running all night which can't be helped, we picked the right place to stay for our two day adventure.

My wife and I were biking our way from Pittsburg to D.C. We spent the night in Meyersdale and found this gem. Located just a couple of hundred feet from the trail this B & B was a delight to stay in. They have washer/dryer, self-serve breakfast, a mini-bike shop with some basic supplies. They have a covered and secure...

We stayed a night at Gram Gram's Place last week while riding the GAP from Pittsburgh. There were 5 in our party, two couples and a single, and we had the place to our selves. Very convenient to the trail. We never met Craig, but called on the phone when we got there and he gave us the code to...

We rode a section of GAP at the end of August and spent one night in Meyersdale at Gram Gram's B&B. The house is very well kept, recently renovated and very clean. The breakfast was healthy and sufficient for starting a day of biking. The owners are very nice and helpful. Definitely a 5 star place.

We stayed there in mid-July after biking on the GAP. We didn't have reservations but called and they had an opening. A lady was there within 10 minutes to let us in. We were the only ones that night so we had the whole place to ourselves. We picked the front room upstairs to the right. We don't like air...
