Attended for a Bachelorette Party and went rafting we rented out the 5 bedroom chalet. Rafting drivers were amazing and had a great time. The chalet was huge with tons of bathrooms and showers/tubs, more than enough seating for everyone with a wonderfully large great room for entertainment. Campfire pit handy but will need your own camping chairs. Ran into... More

We had a fantastic time rafting the Tidal Bore and playing along the river and had a great meal afterward. That would have been enough but the owners and staff went above and beyond when our bus broke down stranding us there. They opened up the kitchen for us and provided a supper meal even though they would normally have... More

I went to Tidal Bore Rafting Resort for a day with a group from work and it was easily one of the most fun activities I've done in NS. Our driver, Cliff, really seemed to enjoy his job. He gave us a lot of interesting information about the river and how the tides worked as we drove upstream, then we... More

About 10 of us came for business meetings in a team build atmosphere that was not a hotel in Halifax or a boardroom. We were not disappointed- They have cabins/cottages that can accommodate various numbers of people but we split into 3 groups as we should have called earlier (tip- it is popular and fills up fast). While the rafting... More

We are two girls travelling through Canada and wanted to do a rafting tour before but it never worked out. Now we are glad that we waited until now - and did the Tidal Bore Rafting tour (we took the 2hrs tour). We had SO much fun!!! Our guide Cliff just nailed it and is probably the best rafting guide... Had Wilson as our rafting guide. He was equal parts professional, knowledgable and humorous. We were lucky enough to have rafted when a rare whirlpool had formed in the area, and he took full advantage of it. Was with a group of 6 and we all had a blast. We all felt very comfortable in our cabins, as well as... More

4 hours playing on the tidal bores with Kim. It was cooler and rained a lot but we had a blast. She was excellent, funny, knowledgeable of the area, weather, geology, local flora and wildlife and the history of the area. read our familys' comfort levels so we had a perfect day on the rapids. She was an expert handling... More

We had a series of miscues from the moment we got there, and until we left. The facility has just changed ownership and there are a few hiccups that will need to be sorted out. Firstly, they key we were given did not work for the chalet. We went back and we're given a new key. The chalet was spacious... More

Thanks for taking the time to kindly provide feedback. Although we work very hard and often spend plenty of money to avoid these types of issues they sometimes happen and we certainly regret the inconvenience. Although it's disheartening to hear these remarks I can assure you that we are committed to address all topics you raise (and more). For information... More
