As a railfan, I was very curious to stay at Bridgeview. And I was not disappointed!! You literally have a front row seat to NS rail operation. And the views of traffic crossing the Rockville Bridge are incredible! My room had a window facing the river & bridge. The B&B also has an indoor lounge facing the river and two decks (one under the other) that offer the same unobstructed view of the Susquehanna. Breakfast was delicious - hot, fresh & made to order. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay (wish it could have been longer!!).

On the way home from a trip made a 3 day stop at The bridgeview. Had a. Very comfortable room and we alway enjoy the viewing room on the river with an excellent view of the river and railroad bridge. Keith is a very welcoming host and the breakfasts are great. Highly recommend especially for railfans!

We've been coming here for years and Keith's hospitality keeps us coming back. The unobstructed grand views of the Susquehanna River and the impressive Rockville Bridge draw you to the outdoor deck. Inside you'll learn quite a bit about railroad and the rail business from Keith and many of his guests. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast, made while you wait, is delicious and plentiful. Close to Harrisburg, the Bridgeview's location is ideal whether you're heading up river or down. I highly recommend staying here, but save me a room for my next visit.

Nestled along the tranquil Susquehanna River at Norfolk Southern’s mainline Junction of the nations freight to the North, South, East, and West, you’ll find nature and rest. You’ll find several ferroequinologists at any given time. You’ll also find the owner as your concierge and knowledgeable help. You’ll see river wildlife; from herons, minks, ducks, to even bald eagles. You’ll see a nest to the west. Railroad coffee and a hearty breakfast start each visitor’s day just right. Yes America rolls all night, but you’ll rest and frankly take a moment to just be. Rest at Bridgeview.
