Absolutely everything was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. Walk in shower was nice. Big parking lots. Restaurant was closed during weekdays though. Great price on booking.com definitely recommended! No breakfast or coffee was only complaint.
Landed this one via Hotwire, not disappointed. Loved the unique style. It was a hotel that offered a slightly different look from the regular hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable, and met our overnight needs. All of the staff we encountered during our visit were friendly and helpful. Was never once worried about COVID concerns, everyone had masks, sanitizer stations everywhere, and it was a very clean environment all around. Bathroom/shower area a little on the small side. You must have a key card in for lights, tv, etc. to work. When we left the room (w/key card) it turned our refrigerator off. That should be hooked up differently or a sign on the refrigerator posted with that information Inside the building, we walked down the warehouse hall/sitting area and found ourselves in the (what we were told) largest indoor sports complex in the United States. It was a week night so none of the shops were open, but it was awesome to see so many young boys and girls training/practicing in soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, and other sports. The hotel in not super fancy, yet it was unique and met our needs. Would recommend to people that have an open mind.…
As we were going to be passing through the Lancaster County area, we found Warehouse online. What a great place to spend the night! The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious . The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The a.m. clerk suggested a place for breakfast (Black Olive Diner) that was a great stop for eating before we got back on our journey. The facility is really nice and such a great idea for the community and team travel sports families. We would definitely go back.
With no views except for the parking lot, no sheer curtains to give some privacy, small-sized rooms, an apathetic hotel manager, poor security (anyone could walk in and get into the elevator), bare to basic necessities, I’d give a 1-star rating, but they got one thing right: the hotel restaurant serves awesome food. Tip: stay at a nearby hotel and drive to Spooky Nook daily for your activities. This hotel is not worth the extra sums paid in the name of proximity to Spooky Nook.
Awesome concept, friendly staff. Only issue I had is concerning the virus going around I would like a new toilet paper roll in the bathroom instead of a half used one. Nothing major, just a preference.
