Our Winnebago/Itasca motorhome owners group camped here during August 2015 for one of our monthly outings and to see the nearby air show at the Lancaster airfield. We found the campground staff welcoming and helpful. They have a gated entrance but I noted that there were places where a vehicle could drive across the grass from Pinch road and into... More

We spent two nights and shared a site with relatives. We fit an eight person tent and a two person tent on one site that included water and electricity. The site was large enough to comfortably accommodate all of us a total of five people (one of them was three years old). You definitely hear the fire range and they... More

We do a weekend at Pinch pond every fall for the past 7 years. We started out with a primitive camp site and they ok for camping. Good sized lots and a nice layout. This campground does seem more geared to RV'S vs tent camping. If you do want to tent camp request a site closer to the pond, its... More

We stayed there July 4th weekend and the following weekend. I noticed a $5 charge on my receipt each time which mentioned" internet". I enquired about the charge and was told that you are charged $5 for making reservations on line. Seriously??? This has got to be a first. Also, if you looking for somewhere to stay to get back... This is close to our home, so we thought we would try it. thought We had a nice site but there was a lot of road noise from the turnpike. There's also a gun range close by that added to the noise. We went before the pool was open and the activities were up and running. I was surprised the... More

We went with another family, because we had sites next to each other it made for fun, quality time. We read about the gun range, and YEP you hear it, after awhile it becomes background noise. We were in the front section, sites easy to get into, but would be concerned if you have little ones, very close to the... More

This is a fantastic campground, we have a seasonal site here and are very happy with it. The campground is very well maintained and they have lots of fun activities on the weekends during camping season. My wife and I have checked out tons of campgrounds in the Lancaster county area and we are extremely happy with our choice to... More

Well we are leaving this place, and I'm glad it was just for the weekend. Before we booked it I did read the review, and thought It couldn't be that bad. Well if you like listening to trucks on the highway all day and worse at night the place is for you. Taking a walk you can see and watch... More

This campground is conveniently located between Hershey and Amish Country. The staff is nice and very helpful. It is gated. The downside is the shooting range next door which is very noisy, even more so than the highway on the other side. There is some junk scattered in the woods making it look a little unsightly. Maybe you don't see... More

We were placed beside the utility shed/store we took a walk around the campground and i would suggest to stay up top it's better. The park is a little run down and could use a upgrade but it suited our needs because we left the park to do things. We sat by the pool for a little but did not... More
