Convenient to Ren Faire. Rooms nice, however the beds are hard as bricks. Pillows were comfortable. Walls not very thick. Could hear neighbors. Their restrooms are not open due Covid, so cross your fingers your room is available when you check in.
Our room was not vacuumed when we got there and remained so, even after we told them about it. The bathtub was clogged and would fill up when showering. We told them about it and they said they would send maintenance, when again, they never did. My husband had to get a plunger and fix it himself. The breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars. They couldn’t make change for the laundry. The bed sheet had stains on them. Overall a miserable stay.
Disappointing accommodations. Smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator, missing lightbulb in lamp, broken freezer door in refrigerator, unfriendly staff. Will not return. Nearby Hampton Inn had many more cars in their lot. However, we did get a free newspaper in the lobby.
small little place set back just enough from the road. I saw this under construction years back - not sure when, and not sure why it looks renovated instead of new. Its decent physical plant but furniture was dated and damaged - broken arm on the desk chair which doesnt adjust up and down, and a broken leg under the small twin bed sofa, and a wobbly coffee table. There were some dead bugs on the window sill - not sure if they were overlooked by housekeeping or got in after the cleaning. It was pretty empty and therefore quiet, but you can hear some noise from the interstate even on north side. Standard decent sized breakfast you'd' experience at other brands of this size and price. Staff were very friendly and accommodating given the place was dead and I was the only one at breakfast. Bed was alright but the pillows werent too comfy altho they were all foam. HVAC did work with high and low speeds but was still a little clanky and kept me up. bathroom floor was cold and there's not heater in there, nor a night lite so bring something. fine place to stay when you've find yourself nearby but other than a bbq place and a couple of gas stations there;s nothing else except a harley shop up the road.…
Needed a hotel in the area so we stayed for a few days. The housekeeping was hit or miss. One day we did not get replacement towels and another the coffee wasn't restocked. The hotel is close to the PA turnpike. Several times we came in and there was no one at the desk. Never felt unsafe, but I was concerned about easy access to the rooms. The breakfast food was passable. Not sure I'd stay there again.
