Good hotel but much too noisy. I asked to change my room but the new room was still noisy. This hotel is too close to a motorway. Breakfast is missing vegetable. For the rest the hotel is ok. No problems

I am so glad we chose Hampton Inn Manheim. Check-in was a breeze. The young woman at the desk was especially kind and ready to help us in any way needed. Fresh cookies in the lobby made our stay that much sweeter. Our king room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The

Nice, clean room. Average size and the beds were super comfortable. Only complaint that I would have is we didn't have a microwave nor refrigerator in our room. Other than that would definitely stay at this location again

Worst bed EVER. Lumpy, hard, and squeaky. It literally felt like i was sleeping on the box spring. Otherwise, a nice hotel. Fresh coffee at 9 pm. Ask for a room in front if you want it dark; otherwise, the lights over the pool are quite illuminating. While this was my first

This should have been a 4 or 5 star stay due to being a Hampton Inn, however, our stay this time did not meet our expectation. A group of younger kids ran the hall until 12:30 PM both nights so had a hard time sleeping until they stopped. Our bathroom tub faucet ran, they fix it

It sounds as if you had some ups and downs during your stay. I apologize that your sleep was interrupted by a team we had in-house. We depend on the parents and coaches to keep the kids quiet after hours, as clearly outlined in the contracts we agree upon with the sporting event. We want all of our guests to have a comfortable nights sleep, and once we are made aware of any noise disturbance, we try to address it immediately, with the help of our 24 hour Guest Services team. Our maintenance team tries to fix any issue during your stay, and if they can not guarantee a solution, we like the opportunity to try and relocate your room so that you can enjoy your stay with us. I trust that this was offered to you once you brought it to our attention. I am pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the comfort of your room and that you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast bar. We tend to our coffee bar around the clock, and are always readily available to brew you a fresh cup, if you would like one! I thank you for your review and hope that your next visit will be full of more positive feedback.

How far is Hershey park?
It is about 30 to 45 minutes away.....you might want to stay at one of the Hampton Inns closer to your destination if that is all you are goimg for. If not, then you are in the perfect spot for things to keep you entertained. The Winery is Always running a lunch or dinner theater this time of year, and the whole Lancaster, and surrounding areas is like Old New York....full of fun for everyone

"Southeast exposure minimizes turnpike sounds or pool noises. For room selection, PA Tnpk is north-most & pool views face west."
"Try getting a room NOT on the side of 76 - otherwise you'll hear cars/trucks all night"
