Our stay was for a dance competition. The convention center was super busy, I can't saw enough nice words about The General Manager Nathan Ibrahim and his staff. Check in was in was super quick, our room was very clean, check out was easy. We will definitely stay at this Wyndham in the future.

Staff at front desk was ok. Room was dirty and the manager Nathan was less than help for we left and would not refund our money. We were here for our 20th anniversary close to everything. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I wish your staff knew they were working on a weekend with a dance competition. One person at the desk most of the weekend. Starbucks was sad. Amazing you had one. But unfortunately nobody worked there and your poor staff who never made coffee were making Starbucks.

Check in took to long Inconvenient Starbuck checkout because you had to pay at hotel desk rather than at Starbucks it self Difficult regulating room heating system which led to poor sleep. The hotel was renovated and looks much better than when it was the Host. Located well

clean spacious and a great staff. i was pleasantly surprised. Will use Wyndham in the future. The amenities were also on par and getting in and out was pretty quick. Food was good, and plentiful. All in all a great experience.

Decent hotel in a central location - directly across the street from Dutch Wonderland. NOT for people who have trouble walking. There are many steps and no elevators for many of the guest rooms. Long hallways and steps up and down to get to rooms.

The first room smelled like mildew and mold. The second room had an old mattress that sank in the middle and smelled musty. There was a large gap in the door to the outside which wind howled in all night. The room was dirty. The heater clunked and clanked. Do not stay at this hotel.

The property is beautiful, the event center was perfect for our event, accommodations were very nice! Loved the walk-in shower in our room. The restaurant and bar worked great so we did not have to leave the hotel. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful.

our room was in the dungeon (basement) very far away, not enough elevators and way to many stairs. not handicap ready. terrible coffee in the room. no ice maker on the level we were on. terrible layout of this hotel
