Beth is very helpful with local recommendations, puts out a great breakfast, and is a wonder conversationalist. Very accommodating to any special needs for food or amenities. The house is just beautiful and spotlessly clean in and out. Great covered front porch and gazebo. Looking forward to returning!

This was my first experience staying at a B&B and it was simply wonderful. Walnut Lawn is a gorgeous home with lovely rooms & amenities. Everything was laid out so thoughtfully and being antique lovers - we especially enjoyed the furnishings. Beth was a delight - helpful & welcoming and served excellent breakfasts both mornings. We especially appreciated the fridge, keurig and conveniences just outside our room which made our early mornings & late nights so easy. We will return to the area as there were many stops we did not get to make and we will absolutely stay here each time.

This was our first stay at the Walnut Lawn B&B but it won't be our last. The accommodations are excellent. What really sets the Walnut Lawn apart is the hostess, Beth. She is attentive yet unobtrusive. She saw that all our needs were met, and prepared a world-class breakfast for a B&B. We are looking forward to our next trip to Lancaster, and will never again have to decide where to stay. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was our second visit to the Walnut Lawn B&B. We had the most wonderful time. We celebrated my husbands 70th, birthday, and our 45th. wedding anniversary too. Beth is a wonderful person and took such good care of us. The Inn is awesome and the meals are delicious. Beth even put a candle in my husbands desert so that all who were down for breakfast sang, happy birthday to him. We had beautiful weather on the 11th. and 12th. of February and leaving on the 13th. we had snow, so pretty and picturesque, as in a Dickens Movie. Our room was spacious, big and large shower. Before we left, we made reservations to come next year, same dates, love this Inn. Thank you Beth, and Rooney, for a delightful calm weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The grounds boasted loely, well kept plantings! Our room was clean, beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The unique blend of toiletries, made by our hosts was fragrant and soothing. A breakfast of three courses was prompt and delicious! It was so relaxing sitting on the porch swing and soaking in the sun. From arrival to departure our host was welcoming, kind and attended to our every need. We will definitely visit again!

My husband and I went to Walnut Lawn Bed and Breakfast for 2 nights. Our stay was wonderful. Beth is extremely accommodating. She absolutely makes you feel at home. Her 3 course breakfasts are delicious! We loved our room which was immaculately clean with a comfortable King Bed and Balcony. We enjoyed coffee there every morning. We were visiting Lancaster and Beth is well informed of the area and suggested some wonderful places. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

We enjoyed our stay at Walnut Lawn B&B. The accommodations were as advertised. Beth was a gracious host and was very knowledgeable of al the attractions and restaurants in the area, From check in to check out everything was flawless.. Roony their dog was a pleasure to meet and is a character. If in the area I highly recommend you consider staying there. The food is wonderful.

Beautiful house. The house and grounds were very well maintained. Beth was very informative about the area. We enjoyed the stay so much, came back 2 days later for another stay. The house has a beautiful wrap around porch with seating and a swing to enjoy the area.
