I travel a bit for work and spend too much time in chain hotels. When we travel on our own, we like to stay at B&Bs for the obvious reason. This place was a great find for two reasons ..... Keith and Brad ...the Inn Keepers. Keith met us on arrival and gave us the complete tour of this victorian... More

We stayed in the Chamomile and Juniper Suite with our daughter and her partner! The rooms were wonderful! My husband and I stayed in the Juniper (which is on the King St side) but weren't disturbed by any road noise. Our daughter and her partner stayed in the Chamomile and enjoyed that room too! Our daughter-in-law is a vegan, and... More

We had a wonderful stay. Always a great experience! Brad and Keith, the innkeepers are very friendly and great to talk with. We love the accessibility of having coffee, water and soda available at any time of day. Fresh cookies are always available to snack on in the Living room of the main house. I especially liked the fact Brad... More

The hosts are extraordinary. That's what makes this B & B special. The positives also include the fact that the breakfast was gourmet quality. The negatives are that this is located on a very busy road and you will hear the traffic all night. The house is old and so finding outlets for modern electronics can be a bit of... More

We stayed in the Saffron room, which was cheerful, bright, and comfortable. Brad checked us in and gave us a quick summary of what the "Lancaster" is all about, and it's about you! (us in this case). He and Keith were amazing hosts, and after three days we feel like "family". Brads breakfasts were extraordinarily good and enjoyed by my... More

Our 3 nights stay in this well appointed and tasteful B&B was exceptionally pleasant. Brad and Keith went out of their way to ensure our stay was exactly what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble even brilliantly accomodating my food intolances with their spectacular breakfasts. Thanks for all the advice on local excursions and restaurant recommendations and interesting conversations.

Thank you, Brad and Keith, for making our stay so enjoyable and for making us feel right at home the minute we stepped inside. The Lancaster is a true labor of love on your part and it shows in every detail -- the delicious breakfast, the lovely rooms, and your anticipation of your guests' needs. We can't wait to return!.... Brilliant! Such a delightful oasis exceeded only by the proprietors who personally ensured everything was just so. From anticipating our every need to making us feel as an honored guest, their thoughtfulness was obvious. Definitely a place to visit over and over again.

Beautiful rooms, kind hosts, details we never would have thought of- if you've ever had a fantasy of a charming getaway, this is it. The breakfast was a marvel of taste and color. You will also learn anything you need to know about Lancaster and the surrounding area. This place, and its lush garden, are a labor of love, taken... More

Just returned from another wonderful stay at the Lancaster Bed and Breakfast. Keith and Brad once again welcomed us as family, making our stay unforgettable. Truly our home away from home. Easy to see why they're #1. Already booked 2 more stays this Summer. Then back this fall for our anniversary. Thanks for everything.
