The room was pretty normal, but well set-up as this hotel has a much different layout from any usual one. The best part was the spa tub, which we hopped in to multiple times in a night, very relaxing. We had no other choice anyway, the pool was extremely crowded, and no one was wearing a mask or social distancing. Every lounge chair was taken. Other than the crowded pool, this is definitely a good stay. Maybe avoid the hotel's busier areas such as the pool and the lounge as a pandemic does not seem to bother a lot of guests.

This hotel has many good features as described in other reviews, however it should be avoided by seniors or the compromised during the pandemic. Continuous failure to enforce face mask and distancing procedures for guests and house cleaning staff encourages guest to be irresponsibly defiant of posted rules.

I had the pleasure of staying for 2 nights at the hotel. I reserved a King accessible suite with roll-in shower. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very large and easy to navigate with my motorized wheelchair. There were grab bars placed conveniently around the toilet and in the shower. The living room was nicely decorated and there were two very large screen TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The rooms were soundproofed very well and the thermostat for the A/C was very efficient and worked very well. The only problem was that the door to the suite was extremely heavy so if you are traveling alone it could be very difficult to open. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We have stayed here previously multiple times but this is probably our last stay. Close to a McDonald's and provides plenty of parking. However, there was a specific ethnic group that took over the whole hotel and masks apparently didn't apply to them. They allowed their kids to run around well past midnight and left their messes behind. They bombarded the pool and came close to us without any distancing. Staff members turned a blind eye and didn't limit the amount of people in the pools. Rooms are clean and water had good pressure. Friendly staff. Housekeeping limited so you just leave garbage and towels outside and they will collect.

Lovely views if you get a room with back views, nice pool, outstanding breakfast and overall service. The hotel went above and beyond to show open air movies for guests. All concerns were promptly handled. Thanks.
