Other than the staff, we encountered many problems here including a broken elevators upon arrival (had to carry bags to 6th floor), a cramped and not so appetizing breakfast and dirty hallways and bathroom. If in the area again, we will look for another hotel.
I've traveled to this area on a frequent basis and have stayed at this property several times before. The newly completed renovation and service delivery has been a real transition for this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay and overall experience.
