Great place to stay, especially for young families as there are a lot of activities. The state park starts at the north end of the KOA whether you like road or mtb. We will return if we are in the area again.

We stayed overnight on our way back home to NC. Had a pull-thru sight with full hookups. The site was level and easy to navigate. Cable channels are limited but the signal was great. They have free wi-for, a nice general store, a restaurant, and an ice cream shop. The staff were very helpful and personable and will escort you... More

We got a waterfront site, which is a pull-off site, parallel to the road with your picnic table and fire ring between your camper and the riverbank, so traffic is constantly driving past your camper. There were several of these sites in a row, so we were all in line of site to one another. The other back in sites... More

Great vacation spot, lots for the kids to do,as well as a creek. The sites were level and HUGE! More than enough room for our 38 ft motorhome and towcar, and the picnic tables were all ona concrete slab. The camp store was the biggest and most well-stocked I have eve seen. All in all,a perfect experience. Oh,and did I mention, they have... More

My husband and I just bought a travel trailer and we took it to Jonestown KOA for it's maiden voyage. The resort is easy to find and we had a lovely back in site next to the creek. Price was reasonable, location good although it is about a 30 minute drive to Hershey park. The bathhouse and restrooms were impressively clean... More

Convenient KOA right on route 81, easy to find. Sites are spaced out so you are not right on top of your neighbor. This was basically a stopover visit on my way to Niagara Falls. I had a spot on the creek which was so nice and serene I booked the same spot for my return trip. It was so... More

We usually try to avoid the KOA campgrounds. I do not use the bath house,so I rate campgrounds on their sites and how easy it is to get in and out of the park.To many trees in this park. But it is clean and well kept. I would recommend for a stopover.

The staff is friendly, the check in was fast, the only complain would be that we reserved two nights and they had only booked for one, but they fixed it without a problem (not sure how this will go during busy season). We booked a tent site with electric and water. The site was pretty clean, and it was conveniently... More

Efficient KOA check-in and site guiding. This campground features and excellent store and restaurant with very reasonable prices for meals. Sites feature mature woods, and it is situated along a nice stream with rising trout! If you like to walk/hike follow the dirt path north out of the campground to an adjoining park with groomed rail-trail hiking paths, quite nice!
