Log Cabin Lodge & Suites is located near 7 Springs and Hidden Valley Resorts in the heart of the Laurel Mountains. We are more than a typical franchise chain or family inn; the Lodge is constructed of white pine logs by local craftsmen and provides a special flavor of the Laurel Highlands. We offer a variety of room choices, from a Queen single room with a Jacuzzi Tub and Fireplace, to a Brand New suite with 4-8 bedrooms, 3-6 baths, ping pong, pool tables, sauna, and out door hot tub. All rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave. Call and Discover our Many Room Choices.

We purchased Idlewild and Living treasures animal park packages. Two days of fun for the money and reasonably priced. The rooms were very clean and beautifully rustic. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids had a terrific time and we would buy the package again.

I traveled here with two friends to go see Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, and this was where we elected to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and upgraded us to the Timber Wolf Suite due to some reservation confusion whose details I don't now recall. My friends and I were delighted when we walked in the door and saw the spacious interior, the comfortable hangout space, and the variety of bedrooms. The couches were comfortable, we watched the big TV, and were entertained by the decor. The place could have housed plenty more people than just us. The location was convenient to both Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob. And, bonus: Living Treasures Animal Park is connected to this facility. We visited it on Sunday morning before heading back home, and there was an interesting collection of animals to see, some of which could be fed and petted. Light sleepers may have a slight issue, though I found it worth it - the first night shortly after getting in bed and turning out the lights, just as I was drifting off to sleep, I was brought back to alertness by the roar of a lion from the animal park. We made our trip back in June 2014, but as I'm writing this review I see the "When did you travel" date selector doesn't go back that far. I put the current date because I told some friends about it, and that was their travel date. When they returned, they thanked me for my recommendation, saying they had really enjoyed both the Timber Wolf Suite and the animal park, so I feel it's accurate to say that my experience is likely not outdated.

I was concerned when I couldnt find any recent reviews when I was booking the room, but those quickly disappeared. My wife and I arrived and found the room was fabulous. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was awesome. The price of the room was perfect for our budget. We enjoyed the 3D archery event we were there for and visited the zoo that is on sight when we were done. Will definitly stay there again when we come back next year.

This place was soon beautiful, romantic, rustic, quiet room! Very clean also, we will go again. The room had a large bathroom, and a hot tub in the room also. Highly recommend this place , although we live less than 50 miles away we had never heard of this or thought to stay there. A very welcoming restaurant also.

Very clean and helpful staff nestled in the Laurel Highlands convenient to everything they offer, Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, State Parks with numerous hiking trails, Falling Water, and a little further down the road Fort Ligonier... Zoo can load up the parking lot but they do need to make money... Weakest point is the breakfast mostly 98% carbohydrates.... You can't go wrong staying here...
