Waking up here this morning was a breath of fresh air! Beautiful surrounds, peaceful and quiet. Checking in was a breeze! All services from front desk to Food and Beverage were fantastic (compliments to your team). Nice spacious rooms with bathrooms you could swing 3 cats in.

Dear Heather, Thank you very much for writing about your experience here at Mercure Kooindah Waters. Again let me express my sincerest apologies for the happenings at your first stay. I can assure you that everyone that did contact you as well as organised the additional booking was well informed about the happenings during your first stay. If it came across as not being the case, it was certainly not intentional and we will review how we can emphasise and communicate better to avoid any future re-occurrences. Again thank you for your feedback and recommendations. Kind Regards Thomas Klotz Mercure Kooindah Waters

Early morning golfers and early morning green keeping staff mean mornings are not v quiet. One side faces the very nice golf course views. The other side the car park where I guess people pull up before their golf games.
