When my husband says to me that whatever it costs, it's worth it, he is saying a whole lot about this fabulous place. The mansion built on a mountain overlooking the town has been meticulously refurbished as have many of the buildings in the town. The mystery is deliciously presented by Inspector Bob who also relates the history of the...

This quaint mansion in Jim Thorpe PA is walking distance (up and down hills) to the cute town. The mansion is quaint but a bit dusty....but the B & B atmorphere created a closeness and comraderie with other people there for the murder mystery. The breakfast was a buffet but not for picky eaters like myself. The best meal was...

We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday at the mansion. The murder mystery was very entertaining. Our hosts Bob and Pat went above and beyond to make our weekend away special. The food was very good and the town is gorgeous! My family is looking forward to returning.

I'm not sure why this is rated the #3 B&B in Jim Thorpe. The mansion and carriage house themselves are both impressive but the B&B experience was only average. When I stay at a B&B I expect to be spoiled but I was a little disappointed. Although there was free coffee and tea available at any time there weren't any...

We stayed in a loft unit in the Carriage House, not the main mansion. Would have loved to stay in the main house but t was a last minute booking. We were on a mission to go whitewater rafting. The room was functional, small and a little dark. But we did not spend much time in the room. We had...

The mansion is a work of art and a work in progress. Our suite was very original, and transported us back into the Victorian era. The interactive mystery was a ton of fun. There were 4 couples involved, and even though none of us had ever met before we made friends that we hope to keep forever. The murder took...

My wife and I stayed in the carriage house in July of 2016. The room, the views, the bed were all amazing. The breakfast was homemade and was excellent. The grounds are very impressive. Lots of room to walk around and looks at things. The members of the staff who we spoke to were all very nice. Pat and her...

My husband and I stayed the weekend of July 4th, since we were celebrating our anniversary we thought it would be nice to stay here. The mansion was beautiful and our room very clean and nice. The breakfast was lovely, more food then excepted. I asked for a wine basket with a sweet red and left it up to them...
