Eight family members spent a long weekend here in August - we booked the whole inn. Michael and Jeffri were the most wonderful, talented and gracious hosts. They provided information on local attractions prior to our visit. We arranged an "in house" catered dinner for Saturday night so we didn't need to drive or compete with the crowds at a... More

We stayed at the Parsonage Aug 14-16, 2016 and could not have been happier with our choice. Michael and Jefferi opened their bed and breakfast four months ago and I can guarantee anyone who visits, that these two gentlemen will surpass all expectations. The inn has been decorated with the treasures they've accumulated on their world travels. Beautiful works of... More

First let me say that when I read the reviews before booking, I thought they were made up because I've never been to a place with 5 stars reviews only. Anyway, this is my first bed and breakfast ever, therefore I can't compare this experience with any similar previous experience. That being said, there isn't anything I'll say that's different... The proprietor's, Michael and Jeffrey, are amazing and have created an absolutely charming, eclectic, and special B&B experience. From the warm and thoughtful hospitality with the utmost focus on service and our comfort, to the gorgeously furnished historic house, to the comfortable and beautifully appointed rooms, to the incredible breakfast that rivals any 5 star restaurant or hotel, we could... Michael and Jeffrey are the epitome of gracious hosts. They took the time to meet our every need, from restaurant reservations to storing our bicycles. Their knowledge of the history of their house made our stay even more interesting. Our room was just the right size, beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and we shared the table... More

Lovely, interesting B&B, comfie bed, delicious breakfast. Hosts very kind and attentive. We enjoyed chatting in the screened gazebo after nightfall with friends. Beautiful and interesting collections and located within walking distance of the fun stuff in town.

I'm tempted to write simply, "What everyone else says!" Michael and Jeffri have mastered the art of hospitality. Michael's (and sweet Clara's) warm welcome; Jeffri's eclectic, abundant, and truly scrumptious breakfasts; their stylish and immaculate historic home; my heavenly bed in my old-world style room: but that's not all. The delightful gazebo, the salon's deeply comfortable reading area, the charming... More

We loved our short stay at this beautiful and interesting B&B. It is filled with kitsches like you have never seen before. Amazing pieces everywhere. Well kept property, spotless and warm. Michael and Jeffrie are the best hosts around and Jeffrie prepared a breakfast that you would expect at a first class restaurant. We love Jim Thorpe and have found... More

First time staying in Jim Thorpe overnight, and we'll never stay anywhere else! Beautiful old building, filled with art and treasures from the travels of the owners, Michael and Jeffrie. Delightful little touches in every nook and cranny. And the breakfasts, oh my goodness, the best meals we had while in town were those delicious breakfasts, cooked by Jeffrie. What... More

Our experience was one of excellence. For the 3 nights there the owners could not have been more accommodating and helpful. The Parsonage exceeded our expectations...comfortable, outstanding breakfasts, cleanliness, ambiance, service, outdoor areas & gardens/gazebo, inside sitting areas, even breakfasts on the porch...it was like coming home.
