We have all (probably) stayed in these "Victorian" cottages that are a cross between antique store and rummage sale. The Times House could have gone there—it's an old brick townhouse built into the cliff above Jim Thorpe's main drag—but instead homeowner Chris painstakingly restored and renovated everything, and Diane (I assume) tastefully decorated with functional furniture and provided anything you...

Our stay at the Times House exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the owners of the Inn, Chris and Diane, went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Chris carried our luggage to the inn on arrival and carried it back to the car when we left. The Inn...

Just got back from an unforgettable weekend at the charming and absolutely fabulous Times House in memorable Jim Thorpe, PA! There aren't enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe my feelings about our experience! It really felt as if we were transported to a quaint European mountain village and staying in a vintage but technologically modern Bed and Breakfast...

This is our third stay in the Times II Suite. We love the homemade breakfast treats Diane makes. What a quiet stay, even though the room is located in the front of the house. We had the best night's sleep ever. Chris is always so helpful with everything. One time we stayed here and my husband had just badly injured...

My husband and I stayed at the Times House (Times II Suite) to celebrate our 20th anniversary. The whole house was decorated for the holidays. Our room had several lighted trees to add to the ambience. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice being able to eat when we wanted. Chris and Diane were friendly innkeepers and provided us...

My wife and I stayed in the Serenity Room for our anniversary weekend. It was my first experience at a B&B. Diane and Chris were great hosts! The room was very nice and the on-suite bathroom was immaculate. Every morning there were fresh scones and baked goods. They were delicious. The inn was tastefully decorated for Christmas. There was always...

My honey told me to pack and we got on the road early to this first time destination Jim Thorpe. There is history and a walk back in time if, like us you stay at The Times House (bed and breakfast). Just remember, it is couples who will love it's ambiance, antique decor and the in room delightful baked goods...

What can I say....It was Awesome!! I'm a little picky when staying overnight at places besides my own home. We stayed in the Legacy Suite. Every detail is done with perfection. Everything is neat and clean. Chris and Diane were so nice, everyday had a home made bake good in our room. Fridge had a bottle of wine, water, juices,...

We had a lovely stay at The Times Inn last weekend. After spending the evening wandering around town, it was so nice to head back to our cozy Times II Suite and warm up by the fireplace. We enjoyed sleeping in and having breakfast at our convenience in the morning. A delicious meal consisting of homemade granola, yogurt and apple...
