Stayed here for 2 nights and it was jut awful. Cabin was grubby and the beds uncomfortable. Most residents were permanent stays and decided to party on the Saturday night. Too many dogs and witnessed a nasty incident where one of the dogs attacked another dog. Wasn't really impressed with Wellington generally. Has become a very shabby town. Won't stay...

Me, my wife and our little dog stayed in the park for two days. We had a lovely stay, very quite and clean place if you need to relax and rest, nice grass, amenities were clean. Bbq area needs to be updated. We stayed here before a couple of years ago, now it's under new management with a friendly young...

Friendly helpful reception, great grass. Dirty broken down unusable camp kitchen. Bins corralled together away from where needed. Ammenties block had been updated but dirty ( smeared toothpaste on the walls etc.) Showers had the water saving heads on that prevented the water from ever getting hot - a cold shower on a 6 deg C morning, invigorating! Weeds starting...

We stayed here overnight. The owner was very obliging and as we were there around mid Afternoon he allowed us to choose our own site' which was a drive through. There was only one other van staying overnight and all the cabins were empty ..but having said that it was winter. The amenities were dated but very clean. The showers...

I agree with George and Tracy This park is great well equipped. We stayed on a powered site in our own caravan and have stayed in many parks in the 3 years we have been on the road. This park has very good ammendaties. Good grassy site surfaces. I don't know why people need pools and play areas in all...

Lovely, large and shady. We had a powered caravan site and really enjoyed the ambience of the park. The ammendaties were modern and clean with the best showers. Could have stayed longer, will be back.

Don't believe the bad reviews. George and Tracy are new managers and could not be more helpful. Give them a chance to show you how they have made this park well worth staying at. Good clean and tidy amenities.

We went for a weekend away with a group of friends. we were in two cabins. Bathroom was nice and clean. shame we couldn't say the same for the bedrooms. They were very dusty. My brother in law sneezed all night. Management was not helpful. I Wouldn't go back.

We stayed two nights at Wellington Valley Caravan Park in a cabin. The management of the park has very recently changed and checkin was lacking good knowledge, service or assistance. Perhaps this will improve. The park is a bit basic - sites, cabins, BBQ, toilets & laundry - but no playground or pool or even basics supplies available for purchase...
